I purchased a new sofa and loveseat last June and paid for fabric protection. I contacted warranty about and issue with the two main cushions on couch and loveseat, they sent an inspector out to look and submit claim 6/23 . He said it would be taken care of by *********** or manufacture but no worries. I contacted *********** again on July 18 they said they have been busy and they were sorry and the new cushions covers were ordered. Today I called again and spoke with an agent named ****** who said it was reviewed and now has been denied and said I should of contacted the manufacturer? I asked how come Im just now hearing this and she said I was emailed ? I stated that had not happened EVER! We spoke a while longer then she asked my email address? I generally never have issues with businesses that try to do the right thingBut its clear the warranty group and cost are a hoax. Please think twice before next RC purchase there are still some other furniture companies that will honor there customer service!

In bought several appliances and some living room furniture from RC Willey. The customer service from our salesman was exceptional. I'll definitely buy from them again.

Placed order during a sale. Order was successfully placed, confirmed via an email order conf, and my credit card charged, and the transaction had even posted. I soon come to find an email from their orders **** that my order had been cancelled due to a "discounting issue" and was offered a whopping, get this, $25 coupon to make up for it, if I'd like to call and place the order again.... mind you the sale was over so that insane $25 off coupon wouldn't even come close to the hundreds I was supposed to get off, not including the "discounting issue", but the original sale price itself. I did not scam or work their system. In fact, their "discounting issue" was THEIR fault and this actually happened to many people, who also had theirs orders promptly cancelled. If a store accepts an order, charges a customer and takes that money, that's called a PURCHASE, it's a contract, an agreement. So, if a customer bought an item in store and walked out, and seconds later a manager realized there was a discounting issue, would he run out after the customer, yelling to get their attention, stop them and say sorry, I need you to come back inside so I ************************* this purchase? No! So why any different for an online purchase? Reached out twice already and have received zero response, so it's obvious they want to hope it just goes away. So, I am forced to now open a complaint with BBB. You cant just sell something to someone and then go "oops, wait, I meant to charge you more!". You kidding me?

Customer placed an order for an arcade machine online and a mattress adjustment code took $300 off it in error (electronics do not qualify for the Serta $300 off). Customer was informed that he did not qualify and that it was added in error (the code has since been fixed, it was live for an hour), and was given a full refund for what they spend. They were also informed that while we cannot give them the $300 mattress discount we can give him $25 off for the inconvenience. Customer was not interested in using that discount to make repurchase the item as the correct price. Our Policies page states the following:*We endeavor to accurately describe every product offered for sale; however, mistakes can sometimes be made. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in product description, pricing or offers is subject to correction or verification (including after an order has been submitted).https://www.rcwilley.com/Policies

The wording is INCREDIBLY vague. "After an order has been SUBMITTED"? What defines "Submitted"? Because to me, that sounds like an order that is only sent/requested. You guys not only received my order submission, but accepted it, processed into invoice, generated order number, charged my card and sent an ORDER CONFIRMATION to my email. That doesn't sound like all of that is synonymous with a "Submission". What it sounds like is a completed and valid purchase, making it a PURCHASE CONTRACT. Like I said, because i was charged and the transaction was posted (not just pending), it was the same as if a customer had purchased an item that they paid for in store and were out the door to their car. So, you are saying RC Willey employees WOULD run out to chase down customer to force them to come back and return the item, got it! Yes, obviously a refund was processed, the problem is, that's not the point. You had already successfully taken my money. The transaction had posted, done deal. Going back on that, is the same as having buyers/sellers remorse and forcing the buyer to take your money back and ripping the sold item form their hands. You guys can site all the terms and conditions you want, but whether or not they actually cover what you have done here in my case, what is still always true is that it's just a completely scummy move. You did it to more than just me, and as these reviews are public (including the influx of neg. reviews it looks like you got across a ton of review sites from a few of the customers affected) and people will see these. It effects you guys either way. Should have just made it right in the first place, you know it's the right thing to do. You offering a laughable $25 OFF after THE **** WAS OVER........ hmmmm, what was the better deal: 1. $300 off (the real promo code) the normal $699 msrp price, Sale price of $399, or 2. $25 off the msrp price that it was back to at the time of recv. the code, Total "discounted" price of $674, oh wow , thanks RC Willey!!! What a steal. Why not offer the original correct sale price WITH the $25 off as well, charging me $374 for it?

I usually do not order anything unless I see it first. To my surprise I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I couldn't believe how helpful the staff was with my calls and the delivery was right on time. I love my new sofa and chair. Thank you for a great first time sight unseen purchase.***************************
