I was looking for a twin bed to replace the double that I had. The salesman was very helpful. After I told him what I was looking for he steered me in the right direction and made some very helpful suggestions. It was delivered and set up the ************** they took my old mattress and box spring away. I am very satisfied with the product and the service.

23 year Wash Machine finally crapped out. Went to RC Wileys to see what they had in top load washers. Excellent selection. Was t approached right away, salesman causally walks up to us (no pressure). We discuss what were looking for and we found it with a great price. Home delivery was phenomenal, true professionals. Definitely will go to RCWileys for further purchases.R.C. Tried one of RC Willey's competitors but they didn't have what I wanted in stock. they told me they could have the freezer I wanted in stock by the 15th but it didn't come in and was back ordered until the middle of November. I cancelled the order, called RC Willey and they had the exact freezer in stock for $100 less money too and they delivered it to me in two days. Great job RC Willey! Super company to work with!! They deliver when they say they will, and install everything without incident. My only complaint is they signed me to for Blue Rewards without explaining what it was. I had a pleasant surprise today when I called customer service for something else and they explained it all to me!R.C. Willey Home Furnishings

**** did you justice, and we love this new ** washer! The delivery guys were pretty much on time and were great at removing the old and hooking up the new machines. R C Willey purchase was perfect. However the installation service was slow and had to wait longer the day of installation. Installers never called. I called their office and was told they had to change the window of when they would arrive, which was 3.5 hrs later because they ran behind.. My day was ruined.R.C. Willey Home Furnishings

I have been doing business with R.C. Willey for twenty years. Although we haven't bought much in recent years, we always compare others to R.C. Willey. Recently, we have purchased a refrigerator, which we had wanted for a while. We have also contracted for carpet and flooring, to be install in coming weeks. These were at the *************** store. Upon delivery of our refrigerator, the lower drawer was slightly damaged, but on contacting the salesman who sold it to me, he was able to resolve the issue and we accepted a cash refund of 10%, which was generous. We will continue to shop at R.C. Willey, because we are always treated well.R.C. Willey Home Furnishings
