1 starWould give 0 stars if I could - avoid if you can and don't bother contacting if you are covered by them and need to make a claim. Opaque processes and always a reason to deny a claim after dragging out an attempt at appliance repair for two months. Just supposed to live without a fridge for them to save a couple hundred dollars to replace.Review fromBill K

07/17/2024: It has been a month since my fridge worked. It will be at least another two weeks before it's fixed. I need my fridge. This is super disappointing.

Acclaimed Home Warranty works diligently to completely claims as quickly as possible for every request made. There was some difficulty in locating the parts required for the refrigerator repair, which we do apologize for the delay this had caused for you. Per the contract, Acclaimed will repair before replace when repairs are possible.
State regulation requires Acclaimed Home Warranty to follow the guidelines of the contract with each service request placed to be equitable to all our customers. It is the official stance of ********************** that all procedures required in identifying the service have been followed. We apologize that we were unable to meet your expectations on this particular claim.

The overall process to get our AC repaired has been long. However, ******* was the shining star every time I called. She was always kind, professional and made a point of getting answers to my questions. Claims are dispatched quickly. Contractors are in my home the next day. Tron ( of AHW) was able to give me the information I need to finalize my claim. Both ******* and ******* were so kind to listen to my situation.Acclaimed Home Warranty, LLC

We had a very good experience with Acclaimed, our fridge was experiencing issues with waterline and ice maker. Filed the claim via website, then got a response from customer service and was able to schedule my appointment within 24 hrs. Technicial came, inspected and requested necessary spare parts. Two days after came back and installed the parts and left everything working. Great work, rapid response time and fantastic customer service for following up and closing the claim.Acclaimed Home Warranty, LLC

I have had Acclaimed Home Warranty for several years now, and have ZERO complaints. When I called for my last problem, a non flushing toilet, they got professionals out to diagnose the problem and I had a new toilet in a couple days.Acclaimed Home Warranty, LLC
