      Watch your back with these guys they will stop payments on your insurance policy through your escrow account hoping you do not react in time and your policy cancels THEN they charge you for an insurance policy that is 4 times the amount you paid previously.

      JUST STAY AWAY THEY ARE SCAMMERS ABD LIERS. (They ignore calls and Take advantage of PEOPLE!!!)People do not deal with Primary Residential Mortgage I promise they will take advantage of you. I spoke with **** who was supposed to help me to buy affordable duplex as my residential and rental income property we spoke on January 30th and gave him the information about the property as well as my income. We spoke for almost 2 hours, Telling me how good of a person he was and how much of customer service he had and he said that he likes to help people. **** promised to call me in day and half maximum....after that day, **** disappeared and did not answer my calls. We finally spoke on the February 13th and offered me a conventional loan with 5% down, but previously we spoke about FHA loan I was eligible for. Later that day i checked on the house I was supposed buy and saw that it was under the contract and update on the property was made few days after I first spoke with *********** took advantage of my needs either he made the offer or gave the offer to someone he knew. TRUST ME JUST STAT AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

      After having for 2 years our escrow review was raised so high i cannot afford my home. Taxes and insurance only raised nominally. I asked that my escrow review be billed separately so I could pay from tax refund so I don't continue to receive late fees and they said they will not do. Horrible service. First of all, monitor escrow better and treat people like you would like to keep them. I will be refinancing just to get different company

      We missed one payment due to a family emergency and they didnt allow us to keep making our monthly unless we paid 2 months at once basically. I made several calls and nothing. Long story short, we had to filed a loss mitigation form and now we are over 2 months late because we werent allowed to keep paying. So far ******** has been helping us but we are still waiting on the decision on their decision. We had explaining to them how we dont want to sell or lose our home but I honestly dont feel any sympathy from them. It is just a business for them and our family home. We provided papers, medical bills and explained that eventho my husband lost his job and they raised the payments $600 more, we were still making payments but you cant avoid emergencies. Now the payments keep raising and we are scared they ask us for a big amount of money to lose our home.

      They should Not have any Stars at all! They are horrible and a bunch of scams! They treat Minorities horrible and They do not help at all with the *** loan it's a lie and they change the numbers when buying the home. We tried to make our monthly payments and we have proof they deny us. We need help!!! They trying to make us lose our home to they could make a profit of it!!! ***************************** does not have any customer service at all and if you are not Call casion she will not help you!!!

      Worst place to do business. They take advantage of minorities that dont entirely comprehend the loan process. Very Incoherent throughout the process and difficult to communicate with. Definitely not recommended and deter yourself from *********************.
