      I have only had my mortgage with this company for less then a year, and so far my experience has not been a good one. PRMI made an extra payment in error towards my homeowners insurance in June, which caused my escrow shortage to increase. I was advised by PRMI to get that extra payment back. Once that was done to then have it be applied back towards my escrow. This was in August. I did all they asked and due to my payment increase in their error had to make payments the last two months over the phone with a rep, not being told at that time these payments are considered short payments. Due to them not updating my escrow analysis after my 10th call! I am now being told due to them not updating my account till the first week of October. My payment wont go down till December. Really? I asked for a manager to call me back and still have yet to hear from them.

      AMAZING!!!! She got us closed in just over a month from our accepted offer- very impressive for sure! Even after some unforeseen circumstances, she had EVERYTHING handled without us worrying a bit. The whole process was made easy and stress free thanks to ***.
