      This apartment complex has increased rent but has not held up to their end of the lease agreement in anyway. The trash has been piled up for weeks they said someone will come and fix the compactor get no one has. That is a health code violation. Management is never in the office. Maintenance request has not been fulfilled at all. Community members have expressed so much of their concerns and issues that management or this apartment complex has caused yet there has not been any response to this. They have not held up their end of the lease by providing a Fitness, pool, office area. Even though they sent an email that we would share with another apartment complex we still have not been given access to those things. Also in the lease it states that the office hours are 10 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday and 8 to 430 on Saturdays yet no one is ever in the office. Something needs to be done because since them taking over the last management position A few months ago they have done absolutely nothing to assist the residence but take our money.

      We apologize for any inconvenience. Apartment Management Consultants, LLC no longer manages this property as of 6/2/2022. The new property management company information that we were provided was Birge and Held.

      Apartment complex ***************** is using deceptive practices and unqualified staff to sell leases for a unit that is grossly mismanaged. Problems have occurred since accepting keys on July 1st with staff taking no accountability to fix or apologize for condition of unit. Placed review on ****** that was hidden by company in addition to witnessing them hiding an additional negative review for property a week prior to leaving mine. True condition of premises are not being shared to the public. Unit was provided to me dirty with several features outdated and not meeting the bare minimum of what is advertised as a luxury and renovative building. Additionally current leasing agent has no customer service skills, cant complete a work order nor answer to any of the problems occurring while still selling units to unknown victims. Property is charging an exorbitant amount of rent to take advantage of housing market and should be investigated. Additionally, complex has no manager on site and corporate member "****" will not return phone call.

      Hello, we are sorry about your experience so far with the community. We would love to address your concerns but just need a little more information about the problems in your unit. We dont hide reviews on ******* but often they are removed for instances that might be insulting to a specific staff member, or considered defamation. Id love to look into this as we are not trying to misrepresent the property. What features are you referring to in your apartment that are outdated? The **** was fully renovated in 2021. ************* apartments and try to always advertise accurately the price and extra fees you pay each month. **** also received one phone call from you and returned it the next day, leaving a voicemail. Again, Id love to get to the bottom of your concerns but just need a little more detail. Thanks! Tell us why here...

      I am rejecting this response because you continue to make false statements. **** took several days to return my call likely only after seeing this complaint filed. Additionally, she left a voicemail at 6:28pm on a Friday evening making it improbable to return her call today. I will follow up with her on Monday. Secondly, I have 80 pictures on my phone of the gross and negligent unit that was also noted on my move in check list to protect myself from charges upon leaving. I find it hard to believe the apartment is only 1 years old as maintenance already confirmed alot of the features are original of the prior hotel. The shower head was so disgusting I demanded for it to be replaced. Lastly, I should be able to state in a review I would have rather stayed in a dirty Motel then have signed a lease here while someone else stated they smelled chemicals in their apartment. Your words of defamation include anything negative toward the property, which is all true, so you are deciding to not let others know the true value. You have hundreds of tenants and only 15 reviews some of which are just about a tour. I continue to suspect this is a more wide spread issue as these numbers do not add up. I will continue to voice my opinion and hold AMC accountable for the property.

      ******, thanks again for the response. **** was out of the office last week and responded at the earliest time available. I am sorry if that didn't work with your schedule. If you want to send the pictures, i'd like to see exactly what your concerns are. The building is older than a year, but the apartment was renovated just over a year ago.  Did your shower head get replaced? You can state whatever you would like in a review, we don't have control to remove them. We ask everyone to leave a review, whether they live there or just tour the apartments. It all helps us get our presence wider in the **** market. However, in these complaints I am having a hard time deciphering exactly what the issue is? Can you please provide more information to what happened, what is wrong with your apartment, and how you would like the issue rectified?

      Apartment complex emptied our garage before lease due to an “accident in their system”.
