    Shipping was incredibly fast and worth the extra money, and the details on our graphic came out beautifully. However, we had some damage presumably caused from shipping causing the edge of the sign to be noticeably crinkled/warped; so be wary of that possibility. (We ordered a 46 inch diameter circular falconboard) Overall, pretty happy with the purchase!

    Shipping was originally an issue, it didnt arrive when it said it would, a day late. Normally thats fine but I was leaving out of town and wasnt able to use the signs as I intended. When I eventually got back and was able to put my signs out, they worked well at first. By the next day, one was completely ripped out and gone. I had to go on a sign scavenger ****. The customer service person I spoke with (****) told me she could give me a $30 store credit. Having not really been impressed at that point, I called and talked to ****** over the phone who said they could reprint the sign and send it back out. I havent gotten any confirmation about that yet. I went with signs.com over other companies because of their shipping speed and the reviews that said the signs would hold up outside. So far, its looking like that was a mistake.

    I ordered a custom sized foamboard because I couldnt get it done locally, and im glad I did! It came out exactly like my design. They did such a great job with packaging so that it wouldnt get damaged in shipping too! Will def be ordering from here again!

    Very happy with our final product as always. The quick turn times and very reasonable pricing first caught my attention, but it is the quality of the finished product and the great service (especially from the design team) that has kept us coming back.
