    I like the quality of the printing on the magnet. Where there is a need to improve is on the design service, it takes too much back and forth to finally arrive at something that can be finally approved.

    The ordering process was very easy, the prices are quite affordable, and the product is gorgeous! However, the shipping left room for improvement as a couple of my signs were damaged/scratched. The customer service for Signs was excellent and they remedied the situation within 15 minutes! I will definitely bring my business to Signs again!

    Buyer beware, will not stand behind their products. We bought 6 teardrop banners ($1,800+). Assembled 1 and put it out on a Friday afternoon. Monday morning one of the poles broke at the metal joint - clearly defective. Contacted their assistance team and was told there was no warranty on the hardware. Only if it was damaged in shipping. Clearly a defective product with no support. Very disappointed because their actual printing is good and we have used them a lot.
