    decal came out exactly as I ordered it, recieved item within a week.

    I placed an order on March 30th- for a simple acrylic sign - blank sign at that. Got the run around about it being blank ( I needed it to accompany something I already had) It arrived a month later broken due to being poorly packaged for transit, when I asked for a replacement, they gave me the run around as to when I would get it. It's now May 19th and I still have no sign. They say managers will call and they never do. I have now asked for a full refund 3 times and still get the run around. If you are looking for quality service and high professionalism.. do not order from SIGNS.COM
