    sign looks great and was fast to make But I think someone forgot something on the sign the background is shinie but the letters ar dull and the sign was to have a Protective Laminate (Glossy) put on it and the sign is not glossy

    The sign is exactly as I ordered. It's going on a windshield so I wish I would have gotten it in white rather than black, which is hard to read.

    I had a slight glitch with my delivery (they forgot to include the stakes). When they called, the person I spoke to took care of it easily and immediately and the stakes arrived about a week or so later. And everything looks great!

    I made a rush order specifically cuz I thought I could count on signs.com and waived the proof. And then they sent me a proof and only started printing it 2 days after it was supposed to be delivered and wouldnt cancel my order when I asked them to after the proof as it would not come in time.

    The signs look amazing. In fact, Id give a 5 star for the signs themself and how fast they got here. I even had a great experience with the design team to clean up some blurriness on my signs in a very timely and friendly manner. It is upsetting when you advertise in giant letters on the top of your website free shipping over $99. I knew I would be over &99 so this obviously lured me in. Only to find out that this didnt apply to rigid material and shipping added nearly $500 to the order which was nearly as much as the signs themself. It ****** me off so bad, for a month I refused to order. I did really need them, so went on to order. But its very frustrating when approx. $500 dollars worth of signs comes out to $1,000. You need to figure out a better shipment option or dont advertise free shipping.

    I love working with signs.com, the shipping is super fast and the printing is also super fast. Just make sure you have the design you need, I personally use graphic artists on fiverr.com and then send the completed design to them. Their design team is pretty unresponsive and not helpful, but if youre looking for printing, and fast shipment with a good price, these are your people .
