    The process was smooth and the quality of the banner is excellent given the low price. Would recommend getting a PDF proof before you order. I went through 4 proofs before ordering to ensure the banner design was exactly as I wanted, and it is.

    Unfortunately Signs.com did a poor job on my order for the first time in 6 years. Damaged sign, not the ordered # of easel backs and an ordering issue they never contacted me about when they said they would. Very disappointing.

    The first sign I ordered was incorrect, even though a representative helped me order it. I had to reorder the sign and they only gave me 10% off which was already given at check out. Very disappointed and cost a lot of time, money, and aggravation
