    They ignored my colors that I selected in the sign creation Black background, with White lettering and a RED X. then claimed I chose clear or translucent for the lettering And want me to pay them again to supposedly fix their ignorance

    i ordered two large signs of the same size. One came with the logo and the other sign was missing the logo. Although the logo was missing on one, the signs came faster than expected. It actually came the day before I really needed it. The expected date of delivery was suppose to come after the Sale we were having. So, I was pleased the package came so fast and I was able to use the signs. I've used Signs.com in the past and have always had great service. I am pleased with this order even though the logo was missing on one sign. I will use them again. The third smaller sign I ordered also was great.
