      I've had the Gold plan with Superior Water & Air for 12 years now and I haven't been disappointed once! My water heater went out and they replaced it with a new one. They come once a year to service air conditioning, furnace, water heater, water softener, if I have had any problems with water leaks or anything they get someone out to me asap! Great company and great employees!

      The installation by Mark F**** at Superior Water was phenomenal. We live in an old historic home. Mark had to install new lines and crawl under the house on his belly to connect to the main source of water for our water softening unit. They did a wonderful job, and I couldn’t be happier with their workmanship.

      Mark arrived early and stayed late, making sure all our needs were met and had a good understanding of our new softener, heater, and r/o system and how to operate them. Thank you Superior for sending such a capable man to our home, and thank you Mark for the great job you did.

      Mark and Andrew installed my water softener and tankless water heater today. They were very professional and did a great job. Mark explained how everything is set up and how to do emergency shut-off, making sure I understood and also know where to look for help if I need it. They were even super kind to my eight-year old son who was full of questions and encouraging to my older son who is interested in becoming a plumber himself.

      I'm completely satisfied with the service Superior Water & Air and with the technician Alma. He notified me when he was close to coming to my home. He was friendly and was a complete professional. He do the works I wanted quickly and answered all my questions. He looked the area he worked on clean and the way it was in the first place. Superior has done a lot work on my home and they were quick and efficient with the job. I believe I will always go with them when I need work done for plumbing and anything else they can repair or replace.

      The tecks were great very professional, courteous, polite. Answered all questions and explained the new system to me. They keep work area clean, by putting down drop clothes to protect carpet and tile. They called prior to coming to alert me they were on the way. Both gentleman worked tirelessly to get job finished and to make sure system worked properly. When they were they cleaned up any mess, and left my utility room cleaner than it was. I say job well done and recommend their services to my friends and family.
