      ********** the appointment was easy, **** called ahead to say he was on his way the day of the appointment and arrived on time. He fixed our plumbing leak and offered helpful advice. He cleaned up after his work and we couldn't be more pleased.

      the tech was friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything that was going on with our plumbing problem. He got everything done in a timely manner. A little expensive for, us but we needed to get things fixed. next time I think we'll shop around

      Our tech **** was nice and professional and I was in a hurry so I agreed to the repair right then. Huge mistake. I was charged just under $1000 for a repair that should have cost $400. And it did not do what was needed. After the repair didn't work I was told it would be another $450 to fix the problem. He didn't bring that part, even though that part was what I had specified when I originally called for a repair. Superior will rip you off if given the opportunity. Do not trust them without getting at least one more estimate. They make you think by getting the work done now you can save the service call charge charge but I was still charged for that as well!

      We went with eco/ superior water and air from ****** to install our water treatment/ soft water system in our home. We we initially bought the product, we went with the equipment that was more expensive which supports high usage of water for the amount of people living in the home equipment was to be place in the crawl space. When installers came they told me they didnt have enough height to install the bigger water treatment system and brought the smaller one with that was less money then what our contract stated. We went ahead and went with the smaller unit but was told we would have a refund check of at less $500 back to us in a couple of weeks, stated by the sales rep instead of changing all the paperwork, (picture and documents from installation stating what had occurred). After a month I contacted ****** the sales rep that gave me the number the the supervisor in Utah, *********************** that would make sure I would be sent the check, another 2 months I contacted him again but he stated he was on vacation and would take care of it that Monday (never happens) 4 months later I send a message to him requesting the check and to find out why this is taking so long, according to ***** the account department never did anything with it, 3 weeks after the last contact I still have yet to receive my refund check of $500 while still having to make payment on the equipment. If you are planing to use this company DONT they dont stand by what they say that in writing and further action is required to settle this issue

      Superior Water and Air has got to have the worst customer service and accounting department that Ive ever encountered. One year after cancelling on an unfulfilled annual maintenance contract they are still trying to collect $74 per month. ***********************, the president, advertises about customer service but doesn't actually honor commitments or stand behind his products.
