    We are new to vegetable farming and have been actively gathering sample seeds for evaluation. I came across this business online while searching for specialty seeds, and it has been a great experience since then.Of course, as beginners, I made some mistakes with my orders. However, ********************************* Seed Company provided outstanding customer service that made the entire process much easier. Their team was prompt, helpful, and incredibly easy to work ******* for seed quality, so far, everything weve ordered from them is growing beautifully. We are expanding our cattle and chicken operation to include vegetables, and for us, two key factors in choosing who we do business with are excellent customer service and high product quality. Both have been consistently demonstrated by ********************************* Seed Company.We truly appreciate the excellent work, prompt assistance, and smooth communication. Thank you!

    I ordered online threw ******* and ordered ***** worth of corn it came from True leaf Market in **** ... They **** . They said they couldn't find my order and I sent them proof . They said ******* would reach out . That was 5 days ago .. the corn they sent was old or something . We planted 279 corn kernels and we planted 2 times and 3 times only 60 have came up ..

    Do not pay for priority shipping with this company. I run a microgreens business and the last 3 orders that I have made with True Leaf Market I purchased priority shipping because I needed the seeds quickly. Each time they shipped them ground advantage and this caused me to lose sales account of not getting the seeds in time. Each time TRUE LEAF MARKET comes up with a new excuse why they didn't ship the order correctly. If you need something quickly do not order from this company. 3 strikes and your out.

    I received excellent, detailed and patient customer service assistance today from warehouse manager ****** today regarding my unsuccessful company site search for an organic wheatgrass sprouting seed item that I had previously found easily. She found the item quickly, provided the informational background I requested and placed the order for me. I was concerned that the company might be going international and she allayed my concerns, reasonably explaining the company rationale for the overseas customer service change.     I had an issue with an item, and their support team was responsive and resolved it perfectly. I had been buying seed from them before and after this time. I have bought 20+ lbs of the seed and I'm very happy with it.

    I have worked with True Leaf market for a couple of years. Their seeds are without a doubt the top notch product they need to be for my small side business. I grow microgreens for my friends and coworkers and their seeds are always great! Recently, I had a package that came from True Leaf that for some reason had all of the seed packages burst open - it is still a mystery how it happened. **************** at True Leaf was responsive and prompt to address my situation and had new seeds sent out within a couple of days. I was able to fulfill my orders and the seeds are just as high quality as they always are! I highly recommend this company!
