Totally love True Leaf and their customer service. The shipping ********************** lost my order but True Leaf got me taken care of the moment I contacted them with my issue. They also followed up with me to ensure all was well. This was my first order with their business, and as a first-time buyer theyve made a great impression. Not to mention their products are just as great!

True Leaf market makes a lot of mistakes. Their customer service is poor. Their prices are a lot higher than other seed sellers. Keep all these in mind when ordering from them. I had no problem with small orders. But the moment I ordered a large order near, $500.00 I had many problems. I will not be ordering from them ever again.True Leaf Market

We've been doing business with this company for 3 or 4 years now. The products are excellent, the support is superb, they are a great resource, and things really grow like you expect them to! This year we actually grew the cat grass for a kitty who loved to be outside but couldn't during isolation times and he was just in love with it--purring as he chewed a section every day. We only planted enough for a week at a time and when he was done took the remnants and put it in our compost pile. This company stands behind its product and if anything say were damaged in shipping, they painlessly replace it and really back their customers up 100%. First time customer, looking at the tracking and it showed "delivered"... It wasnt... I called the and let them know, I said thats it possible one of my nieghbors goy it by mistake. She just reordered on the spot. Later that night my neighbor did bring my package by. I contacted ****** by email to let therm know to cancel the new order or let me know how to send it back, ****** said to just keep the second order when it comes. Very professional and I will use them for my 2023 and future gardening.True Leaf Market

5 starsThis is Rich of Juniper Farms. ******************* and sell them at ******** markets and at supermarkets. We have been purchasing a lot of seed from True Leaf Market since 2019 and have been very pleased with their products. However, the last two 5 pound bags of Red Russian Kale seed that we received had poor germination rates. I contacted them and provided the Lot info. They said that others have had trouble with those lots and they are now sending us two free replacement bags of Kale.We find True Leaf Market to be easy to work with and we are quite happy with the germination rates from their seeds.
