      Worst experience. They take your money and never send the product! Literally will not give you any details. They keep promising dates to keep you holding on. Please be wise and go elsewhere.

      I purchased 3 rings from these guys a year ago in June, and I'm still happy with my purchases. There lead times are extremely long so you'll have to place your order way ahead of time. They place **** weeks on a lot of rings, and it can be longer if you decide to get a meteorite ring. The wait's worth it. The complaints about late orders are likely due to employee mishaps or impatience. For a facility as small as theirs with the subscribers they have, they probably have an insane amount of orders. People just need to be more patient.

      HORRIBLE customer service and dishonest. I double and triple checked that my husband's wedding band would arrive in time for our wedding. I emailed them 3 months before our wedding and within 24 hours of placing my order to let them know that if they could not 100% guarantee my order arriving in time, then to please cancel my order. They assured me that it would. Their words exactly 'we will be able to meet your timeline...'. It arrived 2 months AFTER our wedding. I asked for a refund/to cancel my order but they refused and sent me some piece of c*** ring for 'free' as some sort of peace offering. Thank god I had our local jeweler replicate the ring in time for our wedding (the replicate came out 100 times better too). Once Patrick Adair's ring arrived, it was c*** quality. even the meteorite that my jeweler used was FAR better quality than the c*** Patrick used. I DO NOT recommend this company at all.

      Please don’t waste your money with them, they told me my ring will be ready in about 6 weeks, then they changed to 8 to 10 weeks, at the end I still waiting for my ring, this is the 13 week , and they are overpriced, please look somewhere else, there’s a lot of talented people selling nice rings for less money.

      These people will take your money and give you nothing. I've never seen a company with such a low customer review ************* out of 5. RUN AWAY!

      My fiance and I ordered our wedding bands around the end of May. We saw on the website that it would take at least 6 to 10 weeks for the rings to be created. We loved how the pictures on site looked and were hoping that it would look the same. They kept us informed with the process via email Reebeka helped with our concerns. Around 5 weeks in they told us they were still making the rings but it would take a bit longer. Yes it can't be a frustrating process(worth it). Once the rings were completed on a Thursday they told us they'd send the rings via the ***** I was a bit skeptical because we live on the East coast and it's coming from **** but the rings did arrive on the Saturday Evening. To our delight the rings LOOKED AMAZING!!! just as advertised on the site. I'd recommend this company they have good quality. My advice for anyone trying to purchase 1. Give your self ample time they're created from scratch 2. Know your ring size it'll help make the process go faster.

      I ordered a 500 dollar ring from then got my husband here we are 3 & a half MONTHS later & still no ring. Also trying to contact this f****** place is like trying to hogtie a f****** ****** and hungry lion!!!! I am going to be filling a dispute against this company & if I doing get my money back I will be taking legal action! Regardless of which route I have to pursue one thing is for certain I will NEVER EVER (NOT EVEN IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT!!!!!) come back to this scam of a business and deal with their lies and s***** fake promises!!!! ******* ***** and his company are absolutely running some sort of ****** up s*** down there in **** and I hope they scan the wrong ************** entire **** business ***** to the ground!!!
