  This is specific to the Gold Burl Carbon Fiber Ring with Bronze Titanium Liner, but man it is a terrible product. I was really looking forward to it and it completely disappointed my expectations. I wish I could post the real ring vs what they show on their website as it a completely different ring. It feels cheap, arrived scratched, and I immediately started the return process after my first glance. Do not buy from this company as they are false advertising what their products look like on their website.

  Ring broke on half after 18 days.Poor quality bring broke in half, we ordered it on 3/19/23, it arrived on 4/20/23 and it broke today 5/8/23. They refused to give us our money back and only offered us a replacement, I don't want a replacement if the rings only last 18 days. Completely ridiculous.

  Ordered 3 rings in early January, separately so we'd receive 3 bonus rings for free. We contacted customer support to request size changes a couple times (wife kept switching fingers with the ring sizer) and the support rep obliged (which could have reset our place in line). The first set arrived at the end of February and looked great. The following two sets arrived in mid-late March and hardly resembled the pictures (bonus Star Dust rings were great though). I took detailed 4K videos of the rings and sent to the same support rep along with a friendly explanation of our dissatisfaction. The rep responded by offering to remake the rings, expedited shipping, a prepaid return label for the old rings, and pictures of the remade rings before shipping, which we gratefully accepted. A week or so after returning the rings, we received pictures of the first remade ring - looked very good. Ring arrived within a week - looked better than the website picture, a vast improvement. Same process with the last ring. Overall, very happy to have spent over $1200 for the final rings and very satisfied with the quality customer service that saved our purchase.

  To start off, their rings are very pricy, but look nice. I would suggest a wider market search before ordering here.For my personal experience, it was alright. I ordered a ring with the ring sizing kit and premium shipping protection. After two weeks from the confirmation email, I checked on the status of the ring sizer only to find the company was not tracking that package whatsoever. Due to the fact that I paid for premium protection, I was upset, but waited 1 more week just to receive no ring sizer. I could not trust this company's shipping. After this, I cancelled my order, to which they responded in a timely manner and ended up giving me a full refund. They have nice and professional customer support if you are respectful to them about it, but cannot trust them to ship even a ring sizer. Other people didn't seem to have the same problem, so hopefully my one experience doesn't become a common occurence.

  If I could give zero stars I would! This company is terrible. Their customer service is c*** Ordered our rings in November and didnt receive them until end of February. Was supposed to receive by end of January. When the rings arrived, one had terrible craftsmanship and the other only had half the ring with the added stones and detail and the other half looking bare. Their customer service person is unprofessional and they do not adhere to their timelines. When the rings were sent back, I was never told that they received the rings or what the process was going to look like. Once I called, they said o 1-2 more weeks. Its been 2 weeks and no word if it has shipped or what is going. Very frustrating and overall poor business management!

  Seriously the worst company. I ordered my partners wedding band in December of 2022, and checked with them each month to see where the process was because our wedding is in April. Each time I talk to them they tell me that the next shipment of meteorite is in the following month. Just this morning (March 2023) I called to asked for a status update on the ring and they told me that the meteorite would be coming in APRIL. I asked about cancelling the order and they told me that they "can't cancel orders with gold in it". It appears I have lost nearly $2000 to this scam of a company. Save your money, save your sanity. Do not order from them. You will never see a product, be unable to get clear information from the company, and they will continuously lie that the item is coming.

  I spent over a month designing a cremation ring with Patrick Adair after my wife passed away only to be told today that they can't make the ring. Most importantly, we had emailed back and forth on every aspect of the ring, with Patrick Adair stating that it could be done. I'm now a month after my wife's passing and I'm back to square one. Avoid this jeweler on principle alone, and look at some other reviews regarding the "quality" of their work. Yikes!

  They will take your money and RUN. Oh, Ill just be smarter than all these people and order my ring several months in advance. Guess what? You will NEVER see it. And once the order is started the process cant be stopped and they ABSOLUTELY REFUSE refunds. Tell me something, how is it that my ring has already been started on 3 weeks after I placed an order, but is still NOT FINISHED AFTER 5 MONTHS? You will regret giving these people your money and the only way you will ever get it back is to file a dispute with your bank which you will have to wait a grace ****** of 60days before doing so.

  I ordered a $600 Mokume Gane ring that, the first day I wore it, turned my finger green. Their reply when I complained? "Mokume Gane is a combination of nickel, silver, brass, and copper, and can oxidize overtime. To help prevent oxidation, and to help keep your finger from turning green, we recommend the use of Ring Wax, and/or Lotion."Which is not only thoroughly unhelpful, but wrong. Mokume Gane is a process, not a metal. I do not recommend Patrick Adair.
