      first they charge you ***** to make payment on thier site then if you fall behind even if they second on morgage the then want to forcloese on house when know they cant .i owe them ********* dallors i owe first ****** . then they say we can take your ssa to make loan curent .they are rude and not informed .they oferd us a loan mod that was hire than our payment .it was ****** they want to raise it to ****** i only get ******* amonth my first is ****** a month . they say they will still try to take house

      Select PorfolioServicing , Inc . Is not helping any home owner , my request to them was a federal in 2021 , in august 2021 they offer a Loan Modification,with a balloon note of $93,458 I decline the Modification ,first I never ask for a modification I ask for a month deferral by august 5,2022 , I was 1 month behind , they said if I wanted a deferral to submit the Assitant package by in September 2022 I was two months behind they keep asking an asking forpaperwork I try to continue making payments after October , on December 2021 they decline the Assitant program at this time I was two months behind my hardship was my daughter is disable she was dealing with lots of health problems , we continue making payments the two months they promise deferred never happen in June 2022 Select Porfolio Servicing block the account on line for me Not to make a payment it will go to the third month for them to start the foreclosure process seen them they are not taking payment , they are doing second review for Assitant as of today July ***** I feel they are letting months go by to have an excuse to foreclose , most of customer service , Loss Mutigation are cloudless of what they are doing , if other customers are young thru thus come forward , we work hard to have a home for some one cold harder or maliciously , try to take something we have work so hard to have . Specially when you gave a disable daughter is difficult to think someone has no heart on yet in to take away your home

      I started working with SPS and upon just a few days of being hired, I was told that we were to have our i9 documents on hand to show on video. I had one i9 document on hand, and another document in my files in which I usually send the second document via email. Both documents are legit. I was told by the company that I had 48 hours to order a document that I could show proof of on hand, and if not, at least provide a receipt for an order of said document. In order to provide a receipt you would have to pay for a document, I did not have the funds to pay for the new i9 document and was still told I had 48 hours or my employment would be terminated. I was made aware the company has issues where new hires have only one form of i9 documentation and had to order a second form of ID because again, the policy at SPS is to show i9 docs on hand on video. If the company is aware these issues arise, I don't understand why the company didn't give new hires a heads up regarding having to show i9 docs on video so that new hires could use the timeframe before the start date to order necessary i9 documents if needed, so they can show on hand. Because I could not get necessary information within a timeframe I was fired, asked to send back the equipment within only 3 days of being hired. If the name matches for both documents I am not understanding why the company could not take one i9 doc via email, and the other on hand. This company made me feel disregarded. Even after sending an email to HR about the matter, the email was ignored and instead I got an email regarding two options on how to send back their equipment.

      Terrible customer service, Terrible website, Terrible accounting department. They don't give you proper credit for payments. They "yes" you to death but do not help you and they are extremely frustrating to deal with. STAY FAR AWAY!!

      Chase sold my mortgage to this awful company and its the biggest headache dealing with them. Nobody has anything together in any department. I picture this company being run my monkeys banging tambourines in a garage. The inefficiency of this company has me running to refinance with a different company. Paperwork has been submitted countless times showing proof of everything they ask or need regarding insurance. I continue to get letters and phone calls over the same issue. The latest stating I would be truant and theyd put a lien. Thankfully my information showed up finally and they said it wasnt updated in their departments side but would put a note and I wouldnt have insurance purchased for me. Ive owned my home since 2006 and NEVER had a problem until this company took over. Run from them!!

      I am very angry and thoroughly disgusted with SPS!!! My current home mortgage is with SPS and recently a change was made to my account WITHOUT my request, consent or knowledge. I received a letter from SPS, congratulating my husband and I on a successful deferment for our May payment. Issue # 1, myself , nor my husband EVER requested any type of assistance for COVID or anything else for that matter EVER since SPS has been servicing our loan. EVER. As soon as I received the letter, I called in to SPS immediately, hoping that maybe it was some type of a clerical error. Unfortunately for us, it was not. I spoke to 3 different representatives, who ALL confirmed that they did not have any record of either myself or my husband calling in for any type of assistance and they were unsure as to why the request for the deferment was ever even approved if we didn't make the request. So we need to know why SPS allowed something like this to take place without the request or consent of either of us, the only 2 people listed on the mortgage!!!! The next issue that we have is that we are refinancing our home. It is scheduled to fund, but when the mortgage broker tried to verify that our May mortgage payment was made they are not able to confirm that because SPS is applying the payment that we made in May for May to June's payment. This poses a problem, because now it appears that there was no payment made for May. I have requested to have this escalated as I need something provided to my mortgage broker stating that SPS received our monthly mortgage payment for MAY in MAY!!! In addition to here, I plan to file a complaint with the Attorney General's office in my state, CFPB and anyone else who I feel can help get to the bottom of this. In addition to that, I will also be reaching out to an attorney because there is no way that a deferment should have been approved on my account when neither of the account holders EVER requested or consented to this!
