      Worst company ever keep telling us we dont have insurance and that they will buy it for us we sent proof through our insurance agency twice only gave1 star because I had to

      Trying to make my last payment on my loan. SPS won't auto draft the amount since it is less than the monthly payment. SPS won't accept a check payment or online payment for the last payment. How can they refuse a check that is legal tender in the US? I was told if I send a check for the last payment, it will be returned then I'm sure I would be charged late fees. I have to jump through hoops to send a $70 loan balance payment. It has to be sent as a cashier's check or wired. Really - all that for $70? I imagine the wire fee and certified check fee will cost half that. And why am I being charged $10 in interest on a $60 balance? I did not start with SPS as my lender - my loan was sold to them several years ago. I definitely won't be using them again and if any future loans are sold to them, I will refinance ASAP.

      Sps doesn't even get 1 star. Not even a 1/32 of a star. They are a ***** ** **** company. If anyone gets transferred to they run as fast as you can. I will tell you, I paid mortgage on time and bank statement to prove it. They keep telling me I am a month behind. I showed confirmation number and bank statement and I am still wrong. I wish they was a lawyer out there to take they out

      Only company I have to pay a fee to make a payment. You can't make your auto payments to pay your mortgage early, you can only set up payment for the 1st to the 15th. Basically saying you have to pay your mortgage late in order to set up auto payments. Looking at these reviews I am going to do what I can to get a different lender.

      I normally don't write bad reviews but for a mortgage company to ask to pay for a $15 payment fee to submit My payment online shame on them I so badly miss my other ****************

      Awful awful awful. I HATE this company! Have had an issue with passwords on my online account for TWO YEARS! Very obvious that they never test anything before going live with it. I even walked through it with the ** rep the other day to try to get it acknowledged and corrected - he couldn't have cared less. I asked for technical support but was denied. Unbelievable. Two months ago they put me on auto payment for my mortgage WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. Then I changed bank accounts and went in to enter the new information for the payment that is supposed to come out TOMORROW, but they locked the payment two days ago against editing. The cs rep told me is was because "they didn't want to wait until the last minute to process the payment." What? You've got to be kidding me! It takes them three days to process a payment? So now I have to jump through hoops to move money back to an account I was in the process of closing, at a bank I no longer use. It is something with them every month. Most inconvenient, incompetent company I have ever dealt with.

      I accidentally made an electronic mortgage payment May 2022. SPS was my previous mortgage company and my new mortgage companys name is only one letter different. I accidentally uploaded my payment to the wrong account. Despite numerous phones calls, letters and faxes from both my credit union and myself I have yet to receive a refund (August 2022). SPS response is always the same. They are investigating and can not find the transaction despite my credit union supplying them with the transaction number twice. I provided the bank statement proving the withdraw to them twice. It is obvious their accounting/audit system is subpar. They can not explain why when a payment was received for a closed account why it was just not returned. They can not find the payment. It appears they dont know which account incorrect payments go to. Again despite being given the electronic transfer confirmation number. On the 3 way call with their cashier and the ******************* company my credit union contracts the woman asked me if I was sure that the **** pay representative wasnt a scammer. She was extremely rude and non helpful. The call ended stating once she received the transaction information and the bank statement a refund would be sent in 30 days once they completed their investigation. We faxed them the requested information on 6/24/2022. It is now 8/4/2022 and as of yesterday customer service told me they were still investigating.

      THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN, LIE'N THIEVES that don't have a clue what they're doing. EVERY ASPECT OF THAT COMPANY IS CROOKED, yesterday a guy told me I'M ALL GOOD on EVERYTHING. TODAY I'M LATE on a payment. I was very fortunate to talk to someone who worked there for years, now working for a law firm, told me things they do intentionally to rip you off . They tell you how it is an that's that , your wrong. THEY KNOW EVERY DIRTY LIE'N TRICK THERE IS. NOW SOMEBODY FROM THIS of *** ** **** COMPANY NEEDS TO GET A HOLD OF ME and take care of this problem .       Homeowners Beware - From personal experience, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. Settling with this company will not bode well for anyone. This company is horrible at effective, transparent, and honest communication with their paying customers. Their customer service representatives do not care about providing accurate information and will not lend any effort toward assisting people. Every time you call you are given different answers to the same question. Nobody knows the right answer, so they will tell you what you want to hear. I think that is their motto, honestly. After paying my mortgage in full in March, it took over 4 months to receive a check refund consisting of my escrow funds. Even when I finally received it, it was STILL issued incorrectly. You can't be connected with a manager, ever. You can submit a written request, but they only respond saying they have received your inquiry, and it dies there -- they never respond to your request. This is not an exaggeration, it is a sincere and urgent warning to anyone considering trusting your home (and money!) with this company. If you think they're easy to enter into an agreement with, it's because nobody else wants your business for financial reasons and you're entering into a trap where you will regret if ever you attempt to sever ties. This company preys on homeowners who need a chance and they take advantage of innocent, hardworking people. Do yourself a favor--go above and beyond in researching as well as shopping for a company deserving of your business. Unfortunately, this company is not it, and I would not even recommend them to my worst enemy.
