I traded in a vehicle, once I drove off the lot with the new vehicle the company just forgets about the customers. My previous car should have been paid off but I am still getting phone calls that they have not received the payment. I have called multiple times to speak with someone about the pay off for the car I never received an answer. The lady that I spoke with in the finance department was supposed to call me back twice but I have yet to hear from her. I only received information because I had to physically go in to talk to someone. Even then they did not have any information as to the tracking number for where the payment is. I personally would go else where to buy a car. This dealership does not care and only wants your money after that they don't care about the customers.

I took my vehicle in for camera and sensor issue. Hundai Kona, I took in on Thursday and received my vehicle back 6 days later. The up charge on the camera sensor is ridiculous. Shop fees. I have full coverage extended warranty. I was only supposed to pay my $100 deductible. I ended up paying $268.70. Communication between service department is not good. I had to call and get an update that vehicle was ready for pick up. The service manager did not help made me wait. Im not recommending this service department at all.

Undeniably the place where you should purchase your car/truck or whatever depending on your needs.Only if you don't care about getting ripped off. Their used car salesman definitely do live up to their reputation. They don't care what shape the car is and are only bothered to making the sale. They push you to buy extended warranty on vehicles that they know for a fact would throw a check engine light within days, yet don't lift a finger to fix the issue and sell a decent working machine.God forbid you get duped into buying a vehicle from them, they'll refuse to answer your questions or queries. And if you write them a bad review to get their attention, all you'd get is a puny message as below. If you're patient enough to write them an in-depth email of the issues..you'll only get radio silence."Thank you for your review, *****. We're sorry to hear about your experience with our customer service. Please contact us directly so we can address your concerns further."So I highly recommend avoid this stealership at all costs. You're better off taking your business to LITERALLY ANY OTHER dealership. I can't wait for them to post another generic reply to this review and forget about it.

Went it to buy a truck for the exact price they had it listed for. I was told since they are losing money one the truck they had to add a couple things, one being GPS tracking and an appearance/convenience fee, totaling almost $3,500. When I told them no to those items, just the cost of the truck, they came back with "we can take away half of those charges". I told them that it's not my fault they are losing money on the truck. If they aren't going to sell it for what the posted price is (not including obligatory tax, title, doc fees) then don't sell it at all

Incompetent, dishonest, or both? I recently took my. 2019 Honda Civic to Big Star Honda for a fuel pump replacement due to a Honda safety recall. Within hours of picking it up, my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree - every warning light was on (e.g., emissions system failure, brake system failure, power steering failure, etc.). I returned the next morning only to be told the issue couldn't possibly have anything to do with the fuel pump repair, despite diagnosing the problem as a fuel mix issue. Instead, Sang and his team claimed a faulty PCV hose, MAF sensor, and air filter might be to blame and quoted over $1600 to address these items, which they were adamant should be fixed first before trying anything else!! My BS meter was in the red zone, so I paid their $200 diagnostic ****** and got out of there. A little bit of research and a second opinion revealed that warning lights after a fuel pump exchange are common and after linked to battery issues. I replaced the battery and - voila! - no more warning lights. I came in for a recall repair and left feeling exploited and ripped off. If your car needs service, RUN, don't walk, far far away from ******** Honda.

Worst **************** Ive Ever Experienced Avoid ***** ***** Ive had two terrible service experiences at ***** ***** in ****** with my Chrysler Pacifica, and Ill never return.First time, they kept my car for nearly a week for warranty work. I received minimal updates, was offered no loaner, and days after pickup, the car died from a bad battery. These batteries were under two years old. I was told theyd both be replaced under warrantythat wasnt clear or followed up.More recently, I brought the car in on a Tuesday, promised it by Friday, and didnt get it back until the next Wednesday after $4,300 in repairs. Again, no loaner, poor communication. The next day, a warning light appeared. I brought it back, and after two more days, they said the batteries were fine. Three days later, the car died in traffic.I returned again, and now they said both batteries were bad$900 to replace. When I reminded them of the 2023 warranty replacement, they changed their answer: first they were covered, then they werent. I specifically asked to speak with a manager. No one ever spoke to me face to face. Everything went through the service rep. Both times my car stayed with them for extended service, both batteries failed within weeks. Thats a pattern, not a coincidence. And both times, I was left chasing updates and explanations. This level of confusion, contradiction, and complete lack of accountability is unacceptable. I was never offered a loaner, never met with a manager, and never felt like a valued customer. This was, without exaggeration, the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. If you care about communication, honesty, or reliabilityavoid ***** *****.

On Saturday, May 24, 2025, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. When I got to the house, I noticed scratches on my dashboard that were not there prior to the service. I promptly returned to the dealership to raise this concern on Wednesday, May 28. However, I immediately felt that my issue was being dismissed without serious consideration. The person who helped me was ***** ****, service drive manager. ***** **** mentioned additional scratches on the passenger side near the seat belt and said they would review surveillance footage and respond within 2448 hours. I received a call on Thursday, May 29, from another manager. From the moment I answered, his tone was defensive and dismissive. He stated that the video clearly showed the damage was not caused by their team and then proceeded to say that he could go to court and win the case.I attempted to express that the scratches were not present before the service and questioned his tone, asking why he was discussing court as if I had taken legal action I hadnt. I also asked if his aggressive behavior was because I am a woman, and if he was trying to intimidate me. Instead of de-escalating the situation, the manager raised his voice and continued arguing, refusing to address my concern in a professional or respectful manner. I ultimately felt humiliated and disrespected, and I ended the call.

Watch your paperwork, make sure you get it corrected BEFORE you sign the documents. Im from out of state (which may have created the problem), and the documents are a mess. I left the dealership with a folder full of papers, everything accepted the one document I was supposed to have. I contacted them for a copy and it took many emails and about two weeks to get it. It was the document that is sent to the state for taxes and license, it was not correct. Then I asked what amount was sent to the state so I could compare it to what amount they collected from me. Its now been a week and I still havent received that simple answer. It makes me wonder what theyre trying to hide, or how much extra money they made off of me. I would proceed with much caution at this dealership.

I have bought my vehicle on a couple occasions for oil changes. Recently I had an engine light show up in my vehicle and checked the alarm with an OBD2 scanner that indicated it was a faulty glow plug. I bought it to Ken Garff of Greeley to determine if it was covered by the manufacturer warranty. After two hours and plugging it in a code reader they informed me that it was issue that I had already identified and charged $240 to do so. They also informed me that it was not covered under warranty and would be $540 for a single plug replacement. I reached out to the warranty department and it was in-fact covered. For a company that claims "Integrity" is one of their core values, that is very much not the case. I will absolutely never be returning to them for any type of inspection or work.

They do not put trades through the proper inspections before selling to a new customer. I have a lengthy trail of multiple issues on a used car from there..a $30,000 used car. Many things would have been detected if it had infact been inspected through their mechanical department. Car is now in shop with most likely a failed engine. Mom of 3, still have loan and now no car! DONT SHOP HERE!
