Horrible ****************** rude and disrespectful After they made a mistake they try to be rude about it- left my Escalade without oil (after an oil change) and then they try to be rude about it. Made me drive to pick up the truck to their conveniency date and time - knowing any reasonable individual works an 8-5 job and then I come to pick it up at 7 and they dont have the keys to the truck and made me come back another day!!! This is ridiculous They try to cover everything up with a complementary wash and detail!!! This is a lawsuit in progress !!

I purchased a 2025 Elantra (from big Star Hyundai ********************************************), which was listed on the website for $20,000. However, the salesperson misled me regarding the monthly payments and ultimately sold the car for $25,000. At that moment, I was unable to assess the situation properly, and I felt deceived. During my subsequent visit, when I spoke with the finance manager about the misleading practices, their response was that there was nothing they could do since I had already signed the agreement and made the down payment.

Purchased nearly new certified pre-owned ************** added significant price increase over verbally agreed to list price due to "Aftermarket Add-Ons". No discussion or explanation of these added (hidden) costs by salesperson or finance ************* only provided one key. Sales and finance people said they would either get another key, or sell one at their employee discounted price. On follow up, both denied any knowledge of anything about an extra key, each said to talk to the other. Actual cost of new key to purchase from this dealer: >$1,100.Attempted several times to speak to a sales or other manager. Directed to phones that were never answered in person or electronically, or back to salesperson, . . . never able to make contact with a manager.Depth and extent of dishonesty, deceit, disingenuousness, manipulation, hustle, at this dealership on a whole new level never experienced before.

I recently purchased a vehicle here and discovered, the day after the purchase, that it had rust damage. I immediately sent pictures to the salesman and made arrangements to have the issue addressed. I dropped my car off for repairs last week, only for it to sit in the same spot for the entire week without any work being done. I went into the shop to speak with a manager, and now, Im still waiting for any progress on my vehicle and a call back from a higher-up. *** purchased three vehicles from this dealership in the past, but after being sold a damaged car with no intention of making it right, I can no longer recommend them to anyone as I have in the past.

This dealership advertises lower prices to lure customers in but when its time to buy the vehicle they increase the price significantly and try to force you to pay for things you don't want which is illegal. If they did that to you I recommend filing a Consumer Complaint with the Attorney General of Texas. Businesses like this need to be stopped

Went in November **************************************** my vehicle and purchase another used vehicle. When I test drove the vehicle, the tire gauge was on.When I was signing for the car, I asked again if it was address, and she said she just added air and all was good.Several days after the tire pressure gauge went off. We filled it with air, not thinking much of it.Again, a few days later the tire pressure gauge went off again.I had the vehicle serviced at the dealership, and they theres nothing wrong with the tire. They reset the pressure gauge again, and sent me on my way.Once again, the tire pressure gauge came on.I took it to a non-affiliated tire shop weve used for years and have trusted. They pulled the wheel to show us a large crack in the rim. This was pinching the tire causing the pressure gauge to go off. I called the dealer, asked me to bring it in. The service tech was incredibly rude to me when I called to check the status of my vehicle. I got a call back from them statingyou guessed itI do in fact need a new wheel and they wont cover it. Ive been driving on a cracked rim since I got the vehicle after asking Ken Garff twice to check out my tire and I was treated like I lied about the tire and they washed their hands of it. I will NEVER be back. ******** customer service, dishonest, and does not back up a customer. This surpasses a horrible reputation, this is placing a customer in a vehicle that is unsafe to drive and you washed your hands of it. Additionally, I have waited THREE months to get my plates and no one will call me back! I keep driving on an expired temporary tag. Who gets to pay for my ticket?

I started trying to purchase a 2024 ram *************************** *******, *****. I was currently working graveyard and was trying to get all the paper work ready. So when I came in. It would be short and sweet. I would get texts from numerous sale persons (TJ, Bandon). When I called, text or left messages them back. They would no answer or return calls. I had to do all the leg work on the vehicle from obtaining price, photos, financing and general information. These two sale person would not do anything to help me purchase the vehicle. When I got no response from sale persons. I called numerous time asking to speak with the general sale manager. Who would not take my call nor return my calls. I would get no response I already had financing through the dealership. All of this was happening over 6 days. I finally drive the 1 1/2 to the dealership to work the deal. The third sale person I spoke with was ********. She informed me that the discounted sales price on the their website. was not the real price. That is was the price to get me to come in. Come to find out. ******** stated that the dealer had $9000 in dealer **** **** On top on the so called sales price. The $9000 was for window tint, paint protection and nitrogen air in the tires. What a rip off. So after all that the vehicle was not discounted $18,000 as advertised. The price of the vehicle was listed at $62,500 when it was really $75,300.. The Dealership condoned and allowed its sales persons to treat a customer with disrespect. Big Star Dodge was very unprofessional, and lacked moral and ethic when it came to the sale a vehicle.

Im not the guy that thinks a dealership should turn a 2018 into a new truck. I do expect that the used truck that Im buying be safe. That being said, I bought the truck on a Saturday and had it back in the shop the same week because of a clunky noise it was making under the driver side front end. Its a lifted truck and thought maybe the lift was loose so they said bring it in and we would look at it. So I did, now lets talk about the service department my wife took her truck into Ken garff to get an oil change and tire rotation and they flat forgot to put the lug nuts on her truck and the tire came off. Took a different truck of mine to get the oil changed and tire rotation done and they charged me 30$ to rotate my tires and didnt even do it. I caught them with the old marking of my rear driver side tire trick. They apologized and told me I would have to wait an hour to get them rotated after I just sat there for two hours. That brings back to current situation, they looked at my truck and tightened the lift up and said everything looks good. Drove out of the parking lot and Immediately realized that the problem was still there. Took it to **** ****** Chevrolet to get the 50k Service maintenance done on it because it wasnt done before they sold it to me ( they knew it) thats how I found out it wasnt done. This place wanted to charge me 1900$ to do the 50k Service and **** ****** charged me 870$ for the exact same service. I had **** ****** look at clunky noise and they determined that it was the idler and ****** arm was shot they suggested That I take it back to Ken Garff, and have them fix this because it was a safety concern and that they shouldnt have sold This way, at that point Ive been in contact with the sales person the finance sales person Management and theyre not willing to help me. I have also had *** ****** look at it. And they have came with the exact same diagnosis as **** ****** Chevrolet both saying this was Safety concern.

Do not bring your vehicles to Ken Garff Ford for service. Over the past year I have had several issues with their repair shop. On three different occasions they have kept my vehicle days or weeks longer than expected and every time my bill comes in several hundred dollars higher than what I was quoted. Most recently I brought my car in on Monday for a simple O2 sensor replacement that I had already diagnosed myself. I was quoted $468.62 on Tuesday but I was waiting to see if my extended warranty would cover it. After I talked to the extended warranty company I called Ken Garff back five times to tell them to put the repairs on hold and left a voicemail. By the time they called me back the repairs had already been completed and they spent two more days trying to talk to the extended warranty company. I went in to pick my vehicle up yesterday and my invoice was $715.09. I have been out of a vehicle for the entire week which is a huge inconvenience. When I talked to the manager he agreed to remove the $206 diagnostic charge which was never included in my quote, in fact, my quote shows only $0 charges. I told him that because of these recurring issues I would no longer be bringing my car for any services there which he stated was fine and I told him that I would leave a negative review for his business which he called "slander". And on top of that they put 48 miles on my car! I called several other shops in town to get quotes, one business quoted me $325 parts labor and tax included and the other business quoted me $197.47 parts labor and tax included. Ken Garff is refusing to release my vehicle unless I pay $515 to them.
