      Got an "We owe you" for a spare key. Been 3 months now trying to reach them for this. Worked with ******* who quit responding to me and he told me directly "sounds like they are giving you the run around". Called last week told me we will give you a call so that we know we have the key. Beyond frustrating. I've been patient and have tried emailing ******* as well with no response. Can't get any help.Update their vendor for car key express- **** called me a b**** and hung up on me. Again had to reach out to the dealership demand a manager at this point & somehow after all of this they were able to get me the key fob same day. Not sure why this was so difficult. Would have taken a credit to not deal with this. I was polite and patient till the end when I had to say I would go to the division of consumer protection due to them not holding up their end. It seems they need to update their process to avoid. Vendor said I should have never been involved Ken garff said this is how they always do it but I was so confused the entire time and kept stating this as well with little to no help. ******* finally took care of it for me. Overall unpleasant experience.

      *********, I want to apologize for the overall experience. I am the General Manager and this is not how we do business. I will pull ******* aside and have a discussion with him. Did you get your second Key Fob? Please call me with any questions or concerns, ************. Again, this is not how we do things and we have fallen short.

      8/7/2022: I am very disappointed with my experience with @kengarffwvf Ken Garff ***** They played fast and loose with car prices and other details of making the sale. The biggest issue though is their MANDATORY charge of $995 for CarRX. This is a complete scam. Update 8/8/2022 on Ken Garff **** West Valley @kengarffwvf: ************************* called to discuss my concerns, and listened at first, but when I pressed him to detail the benefits of $995 CarRx charge, he said goodbye and hung up on me.
