      You definitely get what you pay for at Lexus of Oxnard. Their customer service is outstanding and my car is excellent condition. I don't have to remind myself to schedule the complimentary services, they call me! I have had no issues with my vehicle and feel safe that my car will take me safely to my destination when traveling out of town. I love my Lexus RX350.

      I have been taking my car to Honda of the Desert for a few years now, and would never go anywhere else. The customer service rep, Danielle, is a delight! She’s always bright and cheery, and goes out of her way to see if the technicians can meet my timeline to get my car back from repair. Always, they have done an excellent job doing the repair, letting me know in advance what might need to be done next and the approximate cost of that. The entire repair team seems to enjoy their work and appreciate their employment at Honda of the Desert .

      All the attendants/customer service people are fantastic. I just wish we could be warned how long service will take when making the reservation. To be told that the oil change would take 2-4 hours only after I ask the attendant at check-in makes planning my day around my service appointment very difficult.
