      Theres a reason why this dealership has such a low rating. Save frustration and put your money somewhere thats going to truly do whats best for you.

      I made my appointment I arrived on time I spoke with a service person, he was very professional very nice. I had a short wait while my car was being serviced.The waiting area was very clean. Stadium Nissan is the Best!Thank you .

      This is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever  dealt with. BE AWARE; if you decide to take your vehicle here for service they will try and sell you on extra services you need for your vehicle however if you look at your vehicle operators manual schedule you will see you need none of these services. They will pass this off as “Oh well these services are what WE (Big Star) recommend.” Its a ploy that is dishonest and very shady. I would never step foot in this dealership again. I have since started using DeMontrond Hyundai in League City and they do not do the same thing. They will only recommend services needed per the manufacturer. I also had a Saturday appointment made and I was told I could get a shuttle ride to my home when I dropped vehicle off. Once I arrived they stated; “We do not offer a shuttle ride after 12 because we close at 2 pm on Saturday. I called the dealership and had operator schedule the service for me and she offered the ride.........I didn’t ask for a ride but she stated: “We can give you a ride back home and send another ride to pick you up and bring you back to get your vehicle once the service is completed.” Again, it was not true when I showed up. Lastly they stole a Hyundai first aid kit from my glove compartment when vehicle was there for service. I did call and tell them this happened and they replaced the stolen item but........your stuff is not safe in your vehicles there. Again...........RUN FROM BIG STAR. They do not appreciate customers and have no intention of providing advise or help its all about selling you additional services not required by your manufacturer and when questioned you will get the response: “Yes, you are right.......these are services WE require.” Dishonest and not worth the hassle

      **** T and D****** were our service advisors…….and they were the best. We brought our Lexus RX in for regular service early AM. They went over all details of the service. No issues.
      We left for lunch at Lure and shortly they called to tell us they found some warranty item that would necessitate our vehicle being kept for a couple of days. No problem….a new loaner was given to us for use while they worked the warranty problem.
      We received our Lexus back with all work done and fully washed and vacuumed.
      Great Service! Will not hesitate to return for our next scheduled service.

      C**** ******** was so welcoming and explained everything that was to be done to my vehicle. He assured me that he would let me know if they found anything during the inspection. It is so nice to come into a place where everyone is so nice. It makes you want to come sooner

      This is a review of ******************** in **************, **********. I took my vehicle in for service today. They up sold me for $41.00 for a battery service. Living in the desert, I thought the service sounded like a good idea. I was told that they would clean the battery and battery post. They install felt between the post and cables. They fill the battery, as necessary. I also had an oil and filer change, as well as a tire rotation. When I got home I opened my hood to check to be sure they got the oil level correct. I do that as years ago I have a ****** dealer that did not properly refill the oil. So now I always check the oil level. I was shocked to the condition of my battery. Aside from installing felt they didn't do the service they charged me for. I feel scammed by ********************. I will never go back there and would not recommend even my worse enemy go there!
