      Not up to par on this visit. Suggested service they already did last year (coolant) and a power steering reseal from only 18,000 miles ago. Made an appointment for very specific items to be replaced but they didn't have the parts on hand when I showed up. What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment and then having to schedule a second appointment when the parts arrive? They knew I wanted specific items replaced when I made the first appointment. Be cautious when they come at you with recommend service items. You might not actually need it.

      Was very please with service, but was charged $180.00 for a factory reset of my car play, I had taken out a warranty, but was told it wouldn’t cover this, this has happen twice to apple car play, not happy with this

      Its hard to get an appointment with the service department depending on the need of the car, and I cant get a call back from them. *** left a message no call back

      The customer service is excellent!!I love the way Culver City Toyota is very has on with their Customers!!! They tell you exactly what you need to keep your car running good!!! I highly recommend this Company!!!!

      0 STARS. I am writing on behalf of my ELDERLY parents. They were LIED to after Honda service claimed they rotated tires after a 2 HOUR wait. After coming home, the SAME WORN TIRE was in the front. They called SEVERAL times, put on hold, forced to GO BACK and ACTUALLY rotate tires. My entire family has driven Hondas for DECADES. This was the FIRST Honda dealer that was CLEARLY BEING DISHONEST about a simple tire rotation for my ELDERLY parents. My parents encouraged me to write this review - none of us regularly leave reviews. But this warranted one. DISGUSTING, DISRESPECTFUL and I am FURIOUS. Now I'm wondering if they ACTUALLY changed their oil too.
