      The sales reps were nice and helpful. I need a ton of work done on my vehicle but opted to just do my oil change package, 4 new tires and wheel alignment. 3 tires and the 4th for $1, and they worked with me on providing a small discount for my wheel alignment. I then found a coupon in my email from Culver City Toyota for $79.95 wheel alignment and they surprisingly did not give me c*** about it. I thought I might have had to hassle, but they honored it. Im seeing a lot of bad reviews on here so I suppose it depends on the reps you work with. I literally prayed to God got good help. God answers prayers yall!

      Good customer service by **** and *********. I was not as happy with ***** manager. My only other complaint was that I had to wait so long to finalize the sale when I came to pick up the car. Its too bad there isnt a way to speed that up by having more people to do that job in finance.
