      Free service for new car went smoothly. However , I wanted to discuss selling my old Toyota. They were very rude and unhelpful. I would never do business with them.

      *************************** was a great salesman, was just brutally honest and upfront throughout the whole process. They found a way to make a good deal and kept me updated on the car. I love my new Corolla Se Hybrid 2023 in underground color, did not regret my decision.

      I have never had a good experience with this service location. Even with appts expect long wait times for them to take your keys and car, and general disorganization. Oil change usually takes 4+ hours and staff seem disinterested in helping customers. We will likely go elsewhere in the future even though our service is free

      They said it would take 2-2 1/2 hours, took four. Called me at the last hour to tell me my right front tire its not holding air and that they would need to keep the car overnight. I declined. They took so much longer than expected and couldnt even fix a simple air leak. Incompetent service.

      I went there for services. Their advantage care price is a real money saver. Also the service I received has been perfect so far. Should put to ******, he literally makes a video clip showing all essential parts of the car from the shop and explains the current condition and whether I need to service them or not. This was a topper. I loved the visual aid.

      My experience with Culver City Honda was a horrible experience to say the least. I was in for services in my vehicle and not only did they not communicate when it was done they also left me passenger seat dirty with stains they didnt even bother to clean it up. I will not go back here ever nor will i recommend this dealership to anyone.

      Im writing this review as someone who regularly services his car at this dealership. This review covers my experience with the staff in the service department. I cant speak with regard to the sales department.For the past several years, Ive been bringing my car to this dealership to get it serviced.The staff are friendly and accommodating. Ive not had a single bad experience with them, rather theyve been all very helpful and attentive.I would highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced here.
