      Have taken my Lexus into the dealership for several years. C**** always is personable and provides excellent customer service. There are never any surprises. Maintenance and repairs always performed at a high level. Highly recommend.

      Lexus team is awesome! C****** ******** is always helpful and will go out of her way to make things happen and fix whatever is wrong. Her attention to detail is noticeable.

      My experience at Honda of the Desert was amazing. I live in Los Angeles, so I usually take my car to a Honda there but sometimes it takes days for them to even inspect my car. At Honda of the Desert everything got done in one day. I was very happy with the service. Danielle went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed. I had an issue with my cars air conditioning and it was going to be very expensive to repair. Honda of the desert cut my ac repairs almost in half. Allowing me to be able to also fix my AC in my. I am super happy about that because summer is coming and ive been sticking it through with the heat. My family lives in the desert so definitely will be coming back here more often whenever my car needs work. Thank you so much Danielle and Honda of the Desert for the amazing service. You guys really helped me out a lot! My ac was my biggest concern and I am so happy that I get to enjoy driving again when its hot.

      We have purchased seven Honda Accords over the past 20 years from Honda of the Desert. Experiences with all related departments have been excellent. The warranties obtained at the same time have proved their worth.
      The service department has been the best. We have worked with Martin, the current manager on all vehicles. The department has been relentless on solving problems. After scheduling service this last time, Martin preordered the necessary parts to be ready the day of service. Martin and the team have been professional, timely, courteous, and caring. This is the best service department we have ever worked with!

      As a first time car buyer I would have liked more explanation about the process of buying a car through the dealership I sat in the dealership for hours straight with no one to give me more information about what kind of car what kind of prices and and how my credit score would be affected once I talk to the financer and the banker my anxiety was better because someone cared enough to explain what I was getting into thank you ****** and **** for being patient with a first time buyer I got approved for a car within the same week

      Oh my god absolutely terrible!! Was told my service would take 3 hours I got here at 10:30 it is currently 3:15 and just got told only my preliminary inspection has been done!!! They said Id probably have to wait until 5 until the service is totally done!! With their timelines Ill be here until 8pm. Absolutely terrible and this is with a **** appointment. Absolutely abysmal.
