  I have 2 devices one of which ive had for 2 years. I took one of my vehicles in to have it "calibrated". While waiting I get a text saying my credit card was being charged for almost $1700. I then get a call from A1 interlocks corporate office saying they are charging me for "Tampering" with the device, and they were impounding my vehicle until the balance was paid. I am now facing homelessness, and without a vehicle I can't make it to work. There was no visible damage to the device, and when I went to take a picture they took the handset from me! If the device was tampered with I don't think it would be working properly.

  d didnt blow dirty. Also when I was getting my device installed I had to walk to the back and their tech wasnt making racist comments about my 2 young children. This company preys on people that are in bad positions. Their app wont let me change my card info which they have a valid card on file and as a result I got charged an extra 35$ and today they ran 2 different charges with 2 declined transactions but it wasnt late they a valid card on file. I paid $70 in charges and my bill was 55 and 8$ they charge just to have their app which is something they force you to have. Please do not use this company. Look at all of their reviews, they are all terrible. then when you try to call in takes minimum ***** minutes and you cannot call in until 9 am and for people that work this is a joke. It gives the option for them to call back but if they do they hang up immediately. I want to change companies and would gladly pay for The a device removal fee but they wont let you unless you pay for a years service and then $250 to remove it. Im not exaggerating, I was charged $400 in one day and didnt blow dirty on the test and called and the person wouldnt listen to me and patronized me the whole time. This an evil company and please dont use them.

  WORST OF THE WORST COMPANY ON EARTH!!!!!!Dishonest company ALERT!They WILL charge you $**** for nothing and won't answer during business hours, and call for over 2 hours multiple days only to have them pick up the phone and immediately hang up repeatedly. Impound your car and demand $800 cash only to get your car when you were on the phone with them 3 hours before and they don't mention ON PURPOSE. They also FALSELY accuse you of missing your appointment that was falsely set at 12pm, however, you set the appointment with customer service 2 weeks in advance for 3pm. Then while still on the phone with customer service to schedule this 3pm appointment and your app on the phone also updates in real time and it shows the same date and time for 3pm scheduled, pending and then CONFIRMED. so then 2 weeks go by and then they claim that i missed my appointment at 12pm when nobody made that appointment, and you could see on the app they use for scheduling that theres no appointment for 12pm when they're claiming, but still shows the 3pm that you made 2 weeks ago, but they just charge you ANYWAY and they know that you cant get your money back and they can do anything they want to get your money out of your wallet. I have proof (screen shots) that there was no 12pm appointment, but there was a CONFIRMED 3PM appointment, but they charged me anyway..... they also did a similar thing that would take a lot of words to describe, but they robbed and stole **** and another 210 and another 112 and another 200 another 50 another 110 from my bank account without letting me know. I also have pictures of the USED, scratched, and slightly damaged interlock device first moment I got into my car after installation. There are multiple scratches and it's clearly used and not new. They claim every device is brand new, but does brand new come with multiple deep scratches the first minute it's installed?A1 Interlock deserves a massively infinite NEGATIVE STAR rating for being ridiculously shady

  This place should be shut down. They are one of the worst companies Ive ever encountered. Stay as far away from them as possible. So many other companies to use. ****** them. They are being sued.

  Giving them a one star rating is absolutely ridiculous. I was referred to this company by my probation officer mostly because of the good deal they were offering (free installation) everything was ok, although there were random times that my car was able to turn on fine, & than after drinking a SODA! I would blow over. They told me that I can't eat or drink ***** minutes before. Which is absolutely crazy because NO OTHER COMPANY SAYS THIS. Fast forward to when I was released from probation for doing all my **************** still needed an interlock on my vehicle until the *** said on paper. I kept it in & one day my device was making a lot of sounds.. I tried to make an ****************** wouldn't allow me to make one on the app, so I called in. Very ************************ tells me that he will send me a text when a remote appointment would be ready on my phone. Once I get off the phone, I get a text about a charge - no kind of reminder/warning of this. I called back & he begins to tell me that "he told me about this" when he NEVER did, they NEVER do period. I get another charge for a violation they can't verify with me because they simply don't know what it is but somehow, I have to pay for their NO knowledge. I than ask them to make me an appointment to get the device removed so I can go to another location since they're scamming me of money nonstop. They set up my appointment, tell me that the removal fees are there which was fine. As long as I get it out my car... I get to my appointment & magically (like everyone else) my device is broken & needs to be replaced. The bill was for $2175, I told them I couldn't pay that amount so they asked for at least *******, I get 350, pay, they tell me nope, not good enough. I end up getting enough to pay $1088. Get my car out & start to do research, apparently my contract backed me up & we pay for insurance they refuse to file a claim for by THEM deeming your not eligible. NEVERMIND THE *** COMPANY SAYING THIS. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

  If I could give a negative review I would. They quote you one price and then charge you a higher one. In the 1 year I had them, I could only get in touch with them TWICE. They never answer their phone and when someone finally does they are rude and can never give you a straight answer. I do not know how they are still in business. I promise you are better off with a different company. Please save yourself the money and the hassle.

  A1 Interlock is nothing more than a predatory business that preys on people and their circumstances. This company and their employees have no morals nor standards. They will continually overcharge and exploit your situation for their personal gain.When you do call with a problem or need help, and you will, they will NOT help you and will eventually hang up on you. When you call back they will NOT answer (because they can see your caller ID) or they will pick up and hang up.A1 Interlock will NOT give you their physical address and the address they use is only an installer.Please do NOT make the mistake that I have. Please, read these real and true reviews and go elsewhere, find a reputable business, and use their services. Even if it costs a few more dollars per month with another company, you will still save money in the long run.
