      We were sent to collections without any contact from the company- when I reached out to them they insisted that they sent emails but yet never reached out by phone. We were setup on auto pay and should not have had any issues with our card processing. They had zero issues reaching us for appointments but never called us to let us know they had issues with our payment. I was given a number to call to make a payment and that company had no record of our account. I am extremely unhappy with how this business is handled. Had someone called us we could have had this resolved in a matter of minutes instead I am now stuck in a ridiculous circle of incompetence.

      Sales people attempting to sell plans for pest control are going door to door in Lakeland, TN. Lakeland requires a permit for solicitation so that a no knock list can be provided. All last summer and starting this week, sales people are still refusing to acquire a permit and are knocking on doors they are not suppose to. They do not leave when told to do so. They are making the residents uncomfortable by not leaving when asked to. This company should advertise like all other companies instead of violating ordinances. Do not send another sales person to Lakeland, TN without acquiring a permit.

      This is the absolute WORST pest control company. The reason I initially wanted to cancel was because they schedule random appointments and you have to call the office if you want them canceled. This is beyond inconvenient. I called and spoke to someone to cancel who told me I canceled and I wouldnt be charged anything since I was up to date. Then, I get another random text two months later saying Im scheduled again. I called and told them no, I canceled. She said rudely well did you talk to the manager because Im the manager. I said no clearly not so please cancel me. I guess this time she did cancel me, but no one mentioned a $199 fee for cancellation at the time of me signing up OR canceling. Not to mention in order to get this info I had to call 4 times just now to speak to some absolutely rude woman who kept talking over me because when I called and went through the *** and sat on hold for awhile I got hung up on the first 3 times before anyone even picked up. Someone needs to fix this ASAP, I am not paying a cancellation fee after the first girl told me I was up to date and didnt owe anything. I want aptive to waive my cancellation fee.

      This company repeatedly comes to my door and rings my doorbell, despite a No Solicitors sign directly above my doorbell. Then when I answer my door and tell the kid Not interested, he proceeds to harass me. I have repeatedly told this company to not come on my private property any more, and they repeatedly disturb and harass me! Look at their horrible reviews of sending kid salespeople to peoples homes, bothering them, harassing them by not leaving them alone when they say not interested! I have security camera footage of the harassment.

      May 16, 2022 Complaint of failure of service of management. Company has unlimited phone numbers, robotic answering service, will not take messages, and disconnects every call. Aptive has not held up their promise of their service agreement...multiple service technicians have shown up at my house - I requested and was told I could have the same technician each time. The customer service is unacceptable and I refuse to do any more business with Aptive Environmental.

      This company harasses communities with their insatiable door-to-door solicitors, that continuously bang on the door like they are law enforcement, and aggressively interrupt any effort to say no thank you as they continue the sales pitch; rather than complying when invited to leave my property. They have been informed their services are NOT wanted/needed but continue to return daily - trespassing.

      On Monday, May 9, 2022 an Aptive salesperson came to my door. I live in a private gated community with clearly posted no trespassing signs at the entries. The representative banged on the door and rang persistently. He was overtly pushy and would not simply leave when asked until I informed him that he was trespassing and that his city vendors permit did not give access to private streets. He left my door and continued to knock on other doors on the street.I have had this conversation with Aptive before. Including people in their corporate offices and it continues to happen. I want assurances from the company that I will not see their sales people in my neighborhood again, and an explanation of how they are going to make sure this is resolved. This is the last time I am going to try and resolve this problem through informal channels.

      I have been billed for services and they don&#**;t give you any notice that they are coming to the house. I paid for a year of service but I don&#**;t know if they came or not. They didn&#**;t come into the interior of the house. We never received a copy of a contract. I have cancelled my service.

      A door to door sales man talked me into spraying my lawn for insects/rodents. I thought this was a one time service for ***** and paid this happily (8/19/21). I received a text from them asking to schedule another appointment and thought the service was okay (not great and thought I'd give the benefit of the doubt) so we agreed upon a date and was billed (I still had insect issues). I paid the **** that I received of ****** (10/20/21). This was significantly higher than I thought. I called and to figure out why this was so high and then to cancel any further treatments. I found out that I had inadvertently signed a contract on the first service, which I thought that was for a payment & to treat my location. Then I received another **** in the mail for ******, I called them again and then found out this was a termination fee for a contract I had no idea I signed. On the call I had escalated the and someone was going to reach out via email to see if they would waive the fee. No email came and they took me to collections and only found out from a letter the collection agency sent me.After looking into this further, the last name on file isn't spelled correctly and the email address on file isn't correct either. I feel I have been taken advantage of...

      they are charging me money for something I cancelled. I cancelled their service but they are still changing my credit card after I've called them several times.
