  Do not use this company. They are going around ringing people's doorbells at 6:00 pm. I mean, who does door-to-door sales in 2025? Zero stars.

  We had fulfilled our contract 2 or 3 months previous we are on a fixed income and have had some crushing medical issues come up...so first off. They didn't show up when it was scheduled originally with no notification to me, I didn't charge them...I stayed around and waited. Never showed because I wanted to discuss the future with them. Then they reschedule it and I tell the guy I want to cancel the appointment because I don't have the money due to our medical situation that we have. And he was like 'understand happens to the best of us. But I'm out here already. Why don't you just let me go ahead and do it for free? I will do it for free'. His name was ****** well. Needless to say, they charge me the $100. And I have gone around and around 2 or 3 times with them and they are denying my refund.. Based upon the fact that I did not want the service and told them so, but only allowed them to go ahead and do it because I was told it was going to be free and he kept pushing to do it cause it would be free!!!. To me, this is not the way to do business.Nor is this the way to treat your loyal customer...That has been your customer for 3 years...

  They want to only deal with the man of the house. They don't answer phone calls as you would prefer. Salesperson and tech had conflicting info on crawls space/attic treatment. Of course sales said it would all be done. **** said he couldn't. I'm just getting started with them and hope they make all this right and I can come back with a more positive review.

  Door to door sales person was incredibly rude. Once I shared I wasnt interested he told me before you disrespect me and went on to tell me how do you know youre not interested if I dont know what I was selling. I was in the middle of setting up for my girls high school grad party - explained I didnt have time for the conversation and again he said you can respectfully kick me off your property. ***

  By far, the worst pest control company out there. They have aggressive salespeople who promise services that they do live up to. Do not be scammed, they will make you sign a $199 cancellation fee, which I paid after only one service. Whatever they used, my mosquitoes and ants multiplied days after. Choose another company, this one is horrible.

  The salesperson knocked on my door he was very friendly, it was a good deal because they were in the neighborhood. I was in a rush but I got ************ last year so I thought it would be good to get sprayed. We usually take care of it ourselves but I thought the extra would be good. I offered to pay cash because they were in the neighborhood they said no you have to charge it and then I was in a rush because we wouldn't have been and I were making plans and he's telling me to stop and come in the house and I was telling the kids to hurry up he's like oh just initial here initial here initial here initial here PS they said I am bound to a 2-year contract. Which is insane because I'm moving in the next 9 months. Also they come once a month and charge you once a month so it's 24 treatments. Crazy! They would not let me out of the contract unless I paid $199 for nothing. I cannot recommend them because of this I feel like it's a scam.

  salesman puts a lot of pressure to sign up for a contract that contains many hidden fees not disclosed up front. Ended up having to pay a bunch of money to cancel. Super shady and scammy business. Definitely avoid and go with an actual locally owned pest control company instead.

  They have virtually NO personal customer service anymore. The actual pest control was fine but when they miss an area (I have cameras so I see what they may miss) and I try to reach them, it's all automated now and impossible to speak to ANYONE! ***'T USE COMPANIES WHO WON'T HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS!! DON'T USE **********************!

  I would leave a zero review if I could. I was conned into signing up for their service last summer and have had issues almost every time they have come out. They are here for 10 minutes max and charge $180. And I still have spider, centipedes, and ants inside and outside the house. I specifically asked to schedule when I am home so that they could do interior and they didn't wait even a minute so that I could have them come in. And when I called him about it, he said he didn't have shoe covers so couldn't come in anyway. Like take your shoes off, that was the whole reason I rescheduled for today. Another time the driver came reeking of pot.
