Do not ever rent from this property management company. I broke my lease and gave them the forwarding address of where to send me the accounting. They did not send the final accounting. Instead they sent me to collections without ever trying to actually collect the debt. They are an absolutely horriblecompany full of incompetent people. Do not ever rent a property that they manage.

never ever ever ever ever rent from this company, especially this complex. Worst living situation I have EVER had to endure. Not only are the prices OUTRAGEOS for the quality you receive (which is zero), but the company does not care for its residents in the slightest. I lived in two separate units in this complex during the 2 years I was there. The first unit was ***** INFESTED despite us keeping it very clean. We were scared to even come downstairs at night because there would be roaches on the walls. We did multiple pest sprays and a deep treatment on the apartment and nothing worked. The office allowed us to break that lease and transfer to a "renovated" apartment in another building. Bad Choice. We should have gotten out while we could. The "new" apartment was not renovated at all, was more expensive, still had roaches, and had a plethora of maintenance issues that had not been addressed. Getting maintenance done on your apartment is near impossible here, unless you harass the office and annoy them enough to do something about it. Then once they do decide to come help, they do a **** poor job to fix your problem. The final straw for us was when our AC unit went out in the middle of the Arizona summer, and the office left us for over a week without air conditioning with the exception of a one room window unit that did practically nothing. We could not even stay in the apartment safely, and were given no alternative living situation but were simply told "scheduling an A/C repair takes time". We later learned that there were other tenants who endured similar treatment, including a tenant that was moved into the SAME 1st apartment we lived in with the ***** infestation. Did they gut the apartment and fix the bug problem? no! they moved her in immediately after we moved out and neglected to tell her about the issues with it. Absolutely disgusting slum lord behavior by this complex, and they should be shut down.

Condemn Crystal Creek Apartments; they have a public health issue.I have asthma and have had the worst time dealing with the Crystal Creek Apartments in ******* under Bridge Property Management for the past 2 years. From flooding, mold, leaks, lack of communication, and illegal entry while I was in a towel because management gave a key to a window company without a 48-hour notice? The apartment lease states that tenants should promptly notify them in writing about any signs of water leaks, infiltration, or mold. They will respond in accordance with state law & the lease contract to repair or remedy the situation if necessary. Management did nothing for months. When I submitted my 30-day notice, management sent professionals to "assess" the problem; they all told you the same thing, including apartment maintenance, before the assessments. They stated that unit 2018 had leaks, mold & other structural issues. This meant I would have to move out for repairs because new windows needed installing along with other reinforcing work they recommended to prevent further leaks. Are other units experiencing the same issues? And why would you threaten me with legal action and a NDA? Fire everyone involved.See Bridge Property Management ****** Reviews for pictures under anonymous kitty.

I rented from accent on rainbow from April of 2023 until may of 2024. From the beginning there were many problems with the unit. The floors were filthy. There were roaches everywhere, sink was leaking getting water everywhere, the air conditioner was not working for two weeks. I brought up all of these complaints to the management team and they said that it needed to be written on the portal. I have videos and pictures of the roaches. They tried to gaslight me and say that I needed to let them know to come every two weeks. I did. sometimes they would never show and say I canceled which is lies. When I first came into the office, ******* was asked by me if there was a bug problem. she said no but there were pest people on site every Tuesday if we needed. I had dead roaches the first day I moved in. I was disgusted and they always tried to put it back on me. The people below me were infested and would tell me constantly that their dog was sick and they eventually moved out because of the issue. the day they moved out they let me see how bad it was. black areas everywhere that consisted of clusters of roaches. they were covering every inch of this apartment. they were in the refrigerator as well. I wanted to move out but they told me I could not break lease. I want to take legal action on these people.

Everyone and everything was going great. Filled out applications for my spouse and I listing our monthly earned income. A day later they say okay we will need the $100 to do your background checks. Great no problem, we pass them all the time. Then a day later we receive our lovely DENIAL email. We need to bring in $3300 per month to even rent from them???? Well you see on the app we filled out before paying that fee that we only brought in $2500 monthly!!!! So we feel like they knew our income wasn't sufficient and STILL went and charged us and ran the backgrounds???? Why did you bother when it plainly states on application before we paid that we won't qualify??? Thanks for taking $100 that could of went elsewhere on fees that know what the h*** they are doing!!!! Ridiculous idiots

I moved on 5/10/2024. I had to mop my own floors due to it wasnt done at the time I was giving my key. My son bedroom door were off the hinges (5/10/2024), patio screen missing (still missing), both of my sons bedroom window screens missing (still missing), my fossil from the kitchen sink is lifting. It took a month in a half to get me washer and dryer. I was told to email a list of everything that needs to be taken care of. I emailed a list of everything and nothing has been taken care of. My vehicle was vandalized. I asked about the safety and concerns about the apartments, I was lied too.

This company took over the previous management company which allowed rent payment arrangements at the management level and also allowed residents to pay their rent thru an incredible app called Flex Pay that goes based off your credit rating and requires a credit check. As opposed to letting residents who use this service know that it was going away, they just sent an email saying **** was the new bill pay system, never mentioning that other options such as Flex Pay would be going away; The previous management company had a bill pay system and Flex Pay as an additional payment method. I even emailed this new company on 6/14/24 in regards to it and never received a response. Paying the rent on the 1st or by the 5th has never been an issue as we only just started using Flex Pay and enrolled to assist with our savings, the unprofessionalism and lack of care for residents is the problem and already not staring off on the right foot. I get rules change and things go away but the Office Manager was quick to say that nothing is changing when things are CLEARLY changing and the only ones being affected by these changes are tenants. I foresee similar issues tenants were having with the last company already.Zero stars, do better, these are peoples lives.

This property should be knocked down. They have rats and roaches and mold ! Its only a matter of time someone starts to have complications due to it. My HVAC was leaking onto my carpet it took them 2 weeks to fix it and they left the water sitting and i know mold started to grow because i am very mold sensitive my chest would hurt and also ill baby sit a dog and the dog would throw up constantly when the link started. They have rats that sneak around because they eat the dog food when the dog is not there and i tested it out to make sure . Honestly i just want money off my rent due to the condition here that i told them to fix but the half fixed them the maintenance are lazy dragged dirt on my carpet and left a mess. Someone has to help Im stuck in this nasty apartment contract .

I am currently at the ********************** at ***********. It seems that we may not be up to code with our plumbing issues. There have been numerous of issues with quality of water and water leaks from bath tubs and toilets. There have been several reports of malfunctioning washer and dryers along with toilets backing up into the bathtubs. The team in this location especially management has not made an effort in making sure that residents will not come home to possible flood. Many of the residents have done ****** reviews and issues have still been ongoing. It is sometimes impossible to get intouch with someone in the office. My ceiling has now turned colors due to the new plumbing issue we are having. They keep putting bandaids where the issues seem severe. They paid "Nationwide re-piping specialist" to come in and gut out areas for plumbing and now the issues are alot worse, terrible job. Each week there is a new leak and its very unsanitary to have to live with such conditions. I have multiple pics and camera footage of people in and out of my apartment but nothing was completed correctly or in the time frame specified.. I reached out to the property manager about when the issues will be completed but I have not received a response.

I completed a thorough investigation of the complaint by researching the work orders that have been placed in the system as well as speaking to my Maintenance Team. On April 23rd it was reported that the residents tub was full of water. After further investigation the team discovered that Bldg 15 had a backup throughout the whole building. The plumbers were immediately called and the backup was resolved. On Saturday, May 11th, a work order was placed for a stain on the residents bathroom ceiling. Maintenance went over to the apartment on Monday, May 13th, discovered the stain was dry and there was not an active leak. The team treated the area. I reached out on May 14th, to set up a time to come over to follow up to ensure there were no additional leaks. The resident responded saying they would like to be home when we come by. My Maintenance Supervisor did a thorough inspection of all areas of the apartment on May 16th. He did not find any additional leaks or areas of concern. Our paint vendor is scheduled to come out next Wednesday, May 22nd to paint the ceiling in the guest bathroom and the ceiling in the master bedroom from the plumbing project as the last step that was unintentionally missed at the time the project was done. ***************************** Property Manager
