      This property should be knocked down. They have rats and roaches and mold ! Its only a matter of time someone starts to have complications due to it. My HVAC was leaking onto my carpet it took them 2 weeks to fix it and they left the water sitting and i know mold started to grow because i am very mold sensitive my chest would hurt and also ill baby sit a dog and the dog would throw up constantly when the link started. They have rats that sneak around because they eat the dog food when the dog is not there and i tested it out to make sure . Honestly i just want money off my rent due to the condition here that i told them to fix but the half fixed them the maintenance are lazy dragged dirt on my carpet and left a mess. Someone has to help Im stuck in this nasty apartment contract .

      I am currently at the ********************** at ***********. It seems that we may not be up to code with our plumbing issues. There have been numerous of issues with quality of water and water leaks from bath tubs and toilets. There have been several reports of malfunctioning washer and dryers along with toilets backing up into the bathtubs. The team in this location especially management has not made an effort in making sure that residents will not come home to possible flood. Many of the residents have done ****** reviews and issues have still been ongoing. It is sometimes impossible to get intouch with someone in the office.My ceiling has now turned colors due to the new plumbing issue we are having. They keep putting bandaids where the issues seem severe. They paid "Nationwide re-piping specialist" to come in and gut out areas for plumbing and now the issues are alot worse, terrible job. Each week there is a new leak and its very unsanitary to have to live with such conditions. I have multiple pics and camera footage of people in and out of my apartment but nothing was completed correctly or in the time frame specified.. I reached out to the property manager about when the issues will be completed but I have not received a response.

      I completed a thorough investigation of the complaint by researching the work orders that have been placed in the system as well as speaking to my Maintenance Team. On April 23rd it was reported that the residents tub was full of water. After further investigation the team discovered that Bldg 15 had a backup throughout the whole building. The plumbers were immediately called and the backup was resolved. On Saturday, May 11th, a work order was placed for a stain on the residents bathroom ceiling. Maintenance went over to the apartment on Monday, May 13th, discovered the stain was dry and there was not an active leak. The team treated the area. I reached out on May 14th, to set up a time to come over to follow up to ensure there were no additional leaks. The resident responded saying they would like to be home when we come by. My Maintenance Supervisor did a thorough inspection of all areas of the apartment on May 16th. He did not find any additional leaks or areas of concern. Our paint vendor is scheduled to come out next Wednesday, May 22nd to paint the ceiling in the guest bathroom and the ceiling in the master bedroom from the plumbing project as the last step that was unintentionally missed at the time the project was done. ***************************** Property Manager

      Worst experience ever, The apartment community ************ ******, is one of the worse apartment communities in ******. Dec 27,2023 I went to sign my lease and paid my pro-rated rent upon move in, to discover in unit 615 it was ***** infested. Not only did the staff not offer me a comparable unit. But I was advised that I would not only receive my application fee, and prorated rent back. but I was told it would take 4 weeks to do so. now 6 weeks later I still haven't received my refund, after being told it would arrive Monday 2/5/24 it is now 2/7/24 and still no refund. After contacting whom I believe is the *** not only was she rude, but threw me on hold in the middle of a conversation, after having an attitude because I didn't have the unit number of the unit I never moved into. nearly 3 months ago. Not only to pass me to another agent because she refused to take the call. After telling me initially accounting approved my refund 12/28/23, I'm now being told it was approved on 1/16/24, which still don't make sense as to why on 2/7/24 I still haven't received my refund, and the only solution there is, is to wait. Not only is the treatment trash but so is the community. I wouldn't send a dog waiting to be put to sleep to this community to live.

      Horrible place. Was great when I first moved in. But it has changed management several times since moving here in 2019 . Each change the property gets worse. I feel like I am being robbed I pay more for worse conditions. This community has become infested with roaches. We are getting charged 215 dollars more than our base rent. Their are a lot of residents moving out. Our building had a lot of vacancies for a period of time. And they are constantly having a water leak problem on the property causes lots of water shut offs. How can I afford to live somewhere when my rent is ******* and they are charging me way over *******??? I want this investigated and made right. I want to be made whole because I believe they are applying unrighteous charges.

      Bridge investment group recently bought ******************* a low income property in **** **. First thing the do is start praying on the elderly. Took all the amenities away from the park including the lights in the mAil room. No pool no gym. Then proceeded to raise the rent so the people on SSI income cant afford their rents. They a predator company trying to get a quick buck because they grossly overpaid for the property. Typical of a Mormon **** company

      The worst place to live. The management is unprofessional, inadequate and they lie to your face. The apartments have severe black mold that they cover by paint.The windows cause a great deal of moisture abs heavy condensation. They are very old metal. The wiring it extremely dangerous and some apartments can only use electricity in one area at a time. This gas caused refrigerators to stop working and ovens as well as the top elements to catch fire

      Worst apartments to live at in ************ , **********************. Cockroaches, really bad sanitation in all laundry machines. People stealing packages, people dont clean up after their pets. Maintenance not prompt. Office reps sometimes had no answer to a question or call back. They always had someone call us back. We moved out and when we did, we had all kinds of charges which we thought were added to our monthly bills. They didnt inform us that they were going to charge utility bills to the rent, which i found odd because we paid the same amount. So i am not dealing with the manager regarding this issue. The company and apartment complex is my worse experience ever. No one should have to deal with surprising charges, or not be told what to expect on the final bill. Poor Commnication as far as informing tenants on what to expect on final bill. If i could give negative stars i would. do not rent from this place! you will get screwed!

      This is the worst management company Ive ever dealt with! My car was stolen from their **** Baseline property. They have done nothing to help me and refused to give me a parking sticker for my rental. Maintenance request has been put in since I moved in in May. Rent is **** and the gates dont work! All I want is to get out of my lease! Please be aware of this ******** property & please know you will be hearing from me agai.

      False advertising. Property no way looks like website. We have 2 swimming pools chained and locked since before spring. In this heat! Paying for amenities we cant use is insane. Should be compensated for such. Lived here over 1 year. Laundry room we PAY to use has 3 out of 6 working washing machines since Ive moved in Potholes on streets look like a war zone. Their stupidity is to fill them with dirt. And then it rains. I have a photo of a car head first into a deep hole! So receiving our hurricane prep sheet from the management was actually ridiculous since nothing in it could be applied to this property as pools, etc. website should come down as its just spam right now. Very disgusted as new management promised great improvements. We got a god park and a kids playground, new toilets and water savers that benefits them. Nothing to benefit us visually or physically.

      My boyfriend and I moved out of here because of poor sanitation, stolen mail and vandalism of car and property by other tenants. We sent out a printed and emailed notice 4 months in advance to make sure we didnt get in trouble since other tenants complained about this on Yelp. We had professional cleaners and repairmen come in, we even had the front desk to check the apartment of which the front attendant signed off our apartment was spotless and all keys were returned. After 2 weeks of moving out into our new home, we got our only notice from Bridge saying they would send us to collections in 24 hours if we didnt pay $700 for cleaning fees. We contacted *********************** and they couldnt find anything on our accounts of any fees. We tried to contact bridge and got put to voicemail. We replied to the email with our lawyer asking for photos/details about these charges and have received no reply. It has been 4 months and we have no reply. This seems to be a scare tactic to make us pay. I still check my credit to see if anything has been labeled to collections and I still worry that Bridge will try to black mail me into giving them money for no reason. We were lucky we took videos, had paperwork and recorded emails but others on yelp were not as lucky. Bridge claims they have no cameras to investigate the constant egging of our apartment building and the other tenants. *********************** has a package theft problem, trash sanitiation/littering problem and issue dealing with tenant issues.
