1 starIt is impossible to reach management over the phone whenever I needed help. They have a fake answering machine that doesn't record voicemails and hangs up. You never get call backs. I never got email replies unless it was them asking for money. I had to walk to the office in person to get help and most of the time, management was not there.The carpet wasnt clean when we first moved in. I asked for it to be cleaned and they did nothing. I had allergies for 3 months before working with a dermatologist and finding out it was the carpet. I had to invest in a $2000 vacuum to clean the carpet before I finally stopped having constant allergies. On multiple occasions, I was without AC in extreme weather and their maintenance people took their time to fix it My AC was broken when it was ***************************************************************************************************** and painted over. Despite multiple requests, this was never fixed. I'm charged for pest control, but I had constant bug issues for the entire time we lived there and it took so much effort to get pest control to even show up calls, walk in, online request. Then when they did show up, they would promise to come back next week to do the spray and not do it. I'm charged for trash valet, but trash was constantly dumped in front of our apartment. The management never worked to keep the common spaces clean, there was even human faeces on the stairs once. It took emails and in-person requests and two weeks for them to clean it. I'm charged for towing service and a gated community, but for the past 4 months I havent been able to park in front of my own building because the broken gate and unregulated parking allowed another resident to run illegal businesses out of their garage and take up all the parking spaces for their clients. 1 starFix my air conditioner or reimburse me for a hotel.I live ******** *******.My apartment is over 85 degrees!I HAVE A CHILD. A BABY.Dont you dare tell me to open *************** all You can do.Your portable ac does not work. For over ****+ a month to rent !!! Youre gonna tell me to open windows and you cant re imburse me.FIX IT!!!!! Ive had enough they have messed up so much to the point Ive had to ask them to print the ledger and fix over **** dollars of mistakes! (Which was resolved finally) Apartment is falling apart messed up cabinets I have had wiring issues and it takes them forever to fix it.BREAK MY LEASE OR REIMBUSE ME FOR A HOTEL & fix my air Conditioning because 85+ IS TO HOT IN *******.Outside is starting to feel Better than my apartment!!! 1 starI would like to add to my review as I am in the process of legally suing the property management due to negligence of the company pertaining to broken gates and fences that allowed anyone on the premises and the lock on my mailbox that was never installed properly and numerous times my mail was not in the mailbox based on the information using the **** tracking system. Additionally, allowing maintenance men to enter my apartment without proper notice on multiple occasions and falsely providing information that my damages were fixed and they were not. The property management will also place fraudulent charges against you, in my case I had no payment for the month of July on my portal, which was a system error on their behalf and the Assistant property manager ****** was very aware and insisted that I make a payment for July and August. When it was time to pay August's rent I had a notice on my door July 25 for the amount of $1325.00, I paid **** and the payment was rejected due to full balance of $3067.00 not being paid in full, however, the notice only asked for the $1325 amount. The situation was escalated and I still had to pay the full amount although the notice gave a completely different amount. I then received another email from Dakota that I was being charged for month to month rent but I never had an option to renew in my portal but Dakota and ****** were both notified that I would be retracting my lease and staying, once again I never received anything to renew my lease. I went to the rental office and ****** stated that I needed to do NOTHING.I recently moved out August 19, 2022 into my new place and I received a move out notice for the amount of $5,555.00. I left no damages to the apartment except for a broken blind, a tv mount. They charged me for replacing carpet but in fact the carpet was never damaged but in fact it needed to be clean, which is the apartment complex responsibility and charged me 370. 1 starHorrible company, management is rude, the Vice President of the company is rude, the Regional Manager or the company (Chantella) is rude. I have lived with mold that they tried to say was dirt when it clearly was BLACK. Ive lived with carbon monoxide poisoning while the dectors were not working for two months plus. They offered me compensation and then rudely took it back. They do not respond to emails, they do not follow up on their promises & over all this management together are scamming their residents. Please do not ever move into one of their properties. They will put your health at risk and then talk to you crazy after the fact.Review fromEsperanza S

1 starBRIDGE COMPANY, IS NOT WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE, PROMISES THAT NEVER GET DONE, THE TENANT DOESN'T GET A RENTAL CONTRACT TO BEGIN WITH, THE APARTMENT INFESTED WITH CRICKETS, AND SEWER ROACHES, WATER ***** IN GARAGE CREATING MOLD , ON THE OUTSIDE OF WALL IS ALREADY STAINE GREEN YELLOW AND BLUE, I HAVE TAKING PICTURES OF EVERY INCIDENT, INCLUDING THE THERMOSTAT, I WAS SUPOSED TO MOVE IN DECEMBER 1, AND KEYS WERE GIVEN TO ME ON JANUARY 4, 2022, TO GET KEYS FOR MAIL BOX TOOK THREE MONTHS, MY WATER WAS DISCONECTED, FOR NONE PAYMENT, I WENT TO THE OFFICE TO REQUEST KEYS AND TO REMINDEM OF KEYS THE UNPROFESIONAL MANAGER, TOLD ME JUST CALL THEM PAY THEM BY PHONE AND THEY WILL TURN IT ON. I TOLD HIM THAT I WAS SLEEPING OUT OF THE APARTMENT BECAUSE NO HEATING HE GOT VERY FRUSTRADED, SUMER CAME AND SAME PROBLEM NO AC, THIS TIME I TOLD MY HUSBAND ABOUT IT, SINCE HE IS A RETIRED MAINT. HE SAID NO! I WILL TALK TO THE MANAGER, WHEN HE DID, THE MANAGER CALL HIM LYER, AND YOU WANT TO SEE ME THAT I CAN EVICT YOU! THAT SAME DAY WE GOT A LETTER OF IMMEDIATE TERMINATION. I CAN SEE WHY BRIDGE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED , I CONSIDER THIS AN ERROR ON MY PART FOR NOT INVESTIGATING FIRST, DUE TO THE **** THAT THIS IS MY FIRST RENTAL EXPERIENCE, I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A HOME OWNER , BUT NEVER THE **** I HAD TO LET OTHERS KNOW WHAT TO LOOK OUT FOR, WHEN RENTING MANY OF US GO BY APPEARANCES, NEIBORHOODS, AND PRICES, I KNOW THAT $2093.25, PER MONTH IS NOT MUCH, BUT CONSIDERING THE SERVICE THAT YOU GET IT IS A LOT. 1 starHorrible management company. There customer service is horrible. It takes forever to get any maintenance done even when it's an emergency. Like my heat went out in below freezing temperatures, and my AC went out in 100 degree heat. Yet it took them weeks to get done. When it snowed they didn't plow for days. When they did they plowed the snow right up against the cars so people had to dig themselves out multiple times. They didn't put down salt so it turned to ice. People hurt themselves by falling down. The staff is very rude. They have no problem taking your money for rent. Run from any place they managed. Horrible!! My complex on **** E ****** was bought out by bridges property as soon as they stepped foot here the property manager been throwing people out left and right all because she doesnt like them,They never gave me a new apartment like they said they would because this apartment now that I am in has so many problems and when I first moved in it wasnt what I was told I would get instead it was outdated , air conditioning didnt work for 2 weeks, holes in the wall and leak in the ceiling and they took their time getting to it in the summer in AZ!!! I had a stove that was old and not working and it took them a whole month to get me a new one!! Property manager ***************************** was taking her time fixing things this made my apartment inhabitable to live in she even tried to kick me out illegally multiple times and do a false police report on me all because we had a disagreement because I was trying to pay my rent due to my check being late and her charging me late fees (more expensive late fees in their contract rules) thats not apart of my contract/lease with *** because I dont have a contract with them I have it with *** before they left, I put in my 60 day notice and now she is stirring up more problems wanting a walk thru before I leave when they werent the ones who even did the move in walk thru to begin with and also knowing that they cant charge me for any damage this apartment already has!!AGAIN i never signed a lease with these people so why are they even allowed to do a walk thru with me??! Especially how the apartment was even more damaged when i moved inIm so done with this and they cant take my deposit away or charge me either for damages that been there when i moved in and if they due or if the property manager gives me more problems on my 60 day notice then suing! Simple tired of these ppl treating residents horrible when we pay thousands worth of rent of a apartment thats not even worth it these people are corrupt! Glad im leaving!Paige W.

Dont move to *************** ******************************************** they lie to you about what apartment you will receive and charge you double amount and unnecessary fees and the property manager is corrupt also they have none working washer and dryers and the management office is in the fitness roomnone of the amenities work also apartments have no appliances unless you want to pay over **** for a upgraded until that doesnt really have much appliances either not even a dishwasher.Review fromHannah m.

1 starThey will not provide reasonable accommodation for a disabled tenant who needs a ramp. They want the tenant to pay out of pocket for the license and ramp that must be up to code... about $10k. They gave a more abled bodied tenant the accommodated unit so now everything the tenant tries to get up the hill/stairs it results in a fall and the fire **** has to come out.
