1 starTERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!! They are rude, dismissive and do not value their residents concerns. After moving out you get charged for unexplained damages. We literally left our apartment in the condition we got it in. They scam you by milking every dime out of you. After we receive the bill via email the day we move so it we forgot about it. We thought we paid it but while moving and being 7 mos pregnant we forgot. Honest mistake. We never once got a follow up email, call, text, etc. to remind us of it. Next thing we know we get a call from collections. They sent it to collections without even reaching out to us!!!! My husband called and asked why they just didnt call since they had our numbers from the two years we lived thereThe MANAGER said they were understaffed and so they couldnt make the call. So the Lore at South Mountain in ******* dings my almost perfect credit because they are to lazy to do their job?!? Do not rent here. Terrible experience!!Review fromJae-Rockie K

1 starBad management..Needs to be under new management. They Go through managers..This place is very unprofessional, favorites toward some residents. I watch residents get treated better then others and heard abouts it as well. You better not be late/behide on rent and still trying pay. They will turn down the rent and put u out, while others stay 3 months without offering rent payments and some don't pay at all. Neighbors sometimes can be a little loud but I am so patient and nice to the point I just deal with it. I am a very reasonable and understanding person so I look over things at time that shouldn't be look over. maintenance takes 10 years before they come out and fix anything and if needed to come back to complete the job u may or may not see them until 10 years later. I stay in my apartment for a while and never had a filth change at all and it is pretty nasty. I wouldn't recommend know one to move to ******************* and if I could rate them it would be a 2..Review fromJennifer C

1 starBEWARE OF MOLD, ROACHES, MICE, and NEGLECT After being here for 1 year and in 2 separate units and buildings here, I can officially say, it is an unhealthy place to live. My first unit had water damage, black mold, and a ***** infestation so bad they were in my fridge and cabinets. I couldnt even keep food at home! After being moved to a new building and unit, I discovered 1 inch layer of black mold covering my air vents. Meaning, black mold is being blow everywhere in the apartment. There were cigarette ***** in my brand new floors, in a non-smoking property (it is not). One unit has had a broken out window for 2 months, no one cares, no one fixes it. There is enormous amount of animal neglect going on. Lots of people dont even take their dogs out to use the bathroom. They just let the go on the patio. Imagine smelling p*** and pee while having your morning coffee outside. No one cleans up their dogs p*** or emptys the bins. The trash is constantly overflowing and disgusting. I saw 2 people die while living here. Its a sad, condemned complex. You arent getting a deal to live here, youre getting a deal because everything is falling apart. Pools have been closed most of the summer. Water and AC constantly getting turned off.Review fromGarrett B

1 starJust moved in to ********************* today 7/3/23. They switched our apartment when we got there. Told us bottom floor with hardwoods. 3rd floor with carpet is what we we given. AC not working, smoke alarm chirping, front porch light not working, only one key works the front door. It was not a great move in. I have never left a complaint on a forum but fell like this was a bait and switch.Review fromLuci H

1 starTheir corporate office and officers are the worst in the business. They own a property in ************* ** that is mismanaged, not kept up and they still continue to charge escalated prices. Read local reviews that tell all . As a long term resident I have witnessed a once beautiful property turn into a shambles. The actual owners of this property need to read and pay attention to all the reviews that are out there. I will assume that they just don't care anymore. Zero stars if I could go to this company.Review fromCollin G

1 starHorrible business. Horrible staff. Property is trash and the demand for rent but not fixing anything or answering your request is bizarre!! They will reject your rent out of spite. I have even tried to speak with the regional manager of our complex ******************************* and she is not helpful at all! The propertys gates havent worked in years, they have ***** and mold issues, yet they want to demand and raise rent. I cannot wait to move out and never look back. The staff is BEYOND RUDE ABD HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! If it says Bridge Property Management RUN!!! They are a joke and should be sued !Review fromChantel H

1 starThis manage company purchased ********************** in ********** County **, in 2018. Currently theyre operating this property without a license, and noncompliant with the countys residential code enforcement agencies DHCA *********** of ***************** Affairs) and OLTA (*********************************). In addition, this county has a No-Smoking ban for multi-dweling residential properties, where residents cannot smoke cigarettes and marijuana on the property or within 25ft from property. Bridge Management advertises the community as a smoke-free community and they currently have a no-smoking lease agreement all residents have to sign. Yet, they fail to enforce this policy in their very own lease agreement. Theres no security, anyone can walk onto the property unchecked, and we have suspicious characters (who may not be residents) on the property carrying out suspicious activity. There were 2 shootings on the property since August 2022, in which one person died that we know of. Bridge Management did not notified the residents of the injurious incidents that took place. We heard it on the news, and some residents never knew about. ********** County ******** is strict when it comes to investigating these matters and providing corrective outcomes for its residents. This management company should not be operating in ********** County, **, or anywhere else for that matter.Review fromTonya L

1 starMy car was towed, without cause and without notice. I am under strict doctor's ****** not to drive it, so it has been parked for quite some time.Had I been notified of any kind of issue, I would have been able to get some help to take corrective action. The office claims (after the fact) it was towed due to a flat tire. However, this tire has been low since my surgery, five weeks ago. In other words, five weeks passed with a low tire and it was a non-issue; yet it is now suddenly towed without proper notice or opportunity to address it. This towing incident has a much closer timing and correlation with a dispute over my lease renewal, ie. the same week; not five weeks apart. This incident comes across as retaliation on the part of the ladies in the office, promptly following our dispute. These ladies are not effective with communication and they are worse with listening. Additionally, it appears they have no qualms about resorting to ***** retaliation. They lack basic compassion for the residents.
