      I rent an apartment from a property in ******* owned by Bridge Property Management. I recently noticed a charge on my itemized rent **** from ******** which is a service that enables you to build your credit score for paying your rent on time. I didn't sign up for this service. However, I was somehow able to login to an account using my email address and immediately cancelled the service. I notified my leasing office and was told that all residents were signed up automatically and was notified via email by corporate a few months ago. I am sure I did not get any notification or else I would of cancelled ASAP. The leasing office agreed to credit the charge, which was amazing and very appreciated. However, corporate should not have automatically signed up and charged residents without our consent. And again, I did not receive any notification.

      This is about ************ apartments in ********* **. We were moving from ** and so applied online. We were told that the apartment would be renovated and thoroughly clean. When we got here the door had scratch marks all over, the carpet had shoe marks all over, the floor boards had paint marks and paint rubbed over it so that there was a hazy layer which couldn't be mopped away, the fireplace had debris in it, the windows were all dirty, the living room window screen was broken, the guest bedroom door would not close, the bathroom door would not open after closing, the guest bathroom didn't have water pressure, the main bedroom bathroom had sink and bathtub clogged so that they didn't drain, the bathrooms sinks water leaked from the plumbing in the cabinet under the sink, the guest bedroom vent had gunk, the kitchen sink garbage disposal had gunk in it, the dishwasher had gunk in it and actually stank, the dryer had gunk in it, the kitchen stove vent had gunk on it, the living room window had some torn blinds, there were wasps building a nest on the patio, and they kept coming inside the living room which we had to kill ourselves. We immediately got in touch with the management. The assistant manager, *******, didn't even come to our apartment to see for herself despite our insistence. The super, ****, was sent and was dismissive about most of the stuff and said housekeeping would take care of some stuff. We were told by ******* that the next day , housekeeping, maintenance and pest control would take care of all of this. Housekeeping did come the next day and cleaned some stuff but said the maintenance would have to replace the vents, the clogged filters etc. Maintenance maintained that this was not their job. At this point we decided that we didn't wanna continue living here. We had already asked for accommodation elsewhere or a credit which management had denied. The management is avoiding us now.

      Do not recommend moving here.They don't honor the lease agreements.
