    Recyclops has done a great job of reliably picking up my recycling in **********, **. They provide bags for it & quickly & satisfactorily respond to my questions. Besides having my recyclables magically disappear, Customer *********************** has gone above & beyond in getting me the information I needed quickly and personably, and what he promises happens in timely manner. These days, when getting any response to customer inquiries is a sadly a rarity, ********************************* are a pleasure to have in my recycling corner.

    This company *****plain and simple. Theres absolutely no customer service and have missed pick up several times; and of course no human being to talk to.Total BS! My membership is weekly pick up so I dont get stuck with last weeks recycling. Whoever the COO/CEO, yall need to get ur **** together! We r paying customers.

    I paid for 1 full year in September and am now being told they are charging me again on April 1st! There is no phone number to call, and the person that signed me up no longer works for the company.He told me to put in a ticket I have now done this 5 times and have not heard back from anyone!I do not recommend this service for the simple fact that when there is a problem you can not get ahold of a person!

    Undependable, inconsistent, lots of excuses and tap dancing when trying to resolve problems. Had to drop them because they are unreliable.

    When my city stopped its recycling program I was very upset and started researching other options. I found Recyclops and signed up that day. I have been a customer for about 2 years and I have not had any problems with their service and find my emails questions are returned very promptly.

    Recycling service options are good. **************** team is always very friendly and helpful to interact with, but turnaround time can be initially slow to start a conversation. The old bags with their logo were less likely to get picked up by the trash people but the new bag material is sturdier. The company seems to be growing and offering more services in more geographic areas. Im very satisfied with my service and have gotten other family members in the area to use Recyclops.

    I am so sorry to hear of the issues that some customers may have experienced - but I couldn't be more pleased! I don't remember how I heard about Recyclops, I think maybe on ********* But I have been a customer for about 2 years. Did month-by-month at first - last February I paid a year in advance & that was much simpler. I have had regular & reliable service, delivery of bags as needed. I am still learning about recycling and helping the environment, so I am happy to have local access to a recycling company. This price is reasonable for the convenience it provides; therefore, it helps me to "do my part" to helping the earth stay health.

    We do understand the service isn't for everyone, however, we try our hardest to see that it is an added convenience to as many of our customers' lives as possible.     Had a few kinks in the beginning when service first started in my area but it has been smooth sailing since. I've never had a day missed and will continue to use theie services until the no longer offer them.

    Recyclops has been a life saver for our small community. Moving here from a big town where recycling was normal to a smaller town where no one recycles was definitely a challenge for our family, because we refuse to add to the waste around us and are huge recycling fans. Thats why when I found recyclops I knew they were our answer. Their customer service has always been amazing. You cant call in directly anymore, however emailing is just as easy and they are pretty quick about getting back to you. We have never had any issues and they are always a helping hand when we need them or have questions. Thank you recyclops for bringing a change to our community! Its amazing seeing the clientele grow and changing things one household at a time.
