I have repeatedly asked this company to take me off their daily texts. They said they would. They said the texts had been cancelled. They lied. I receive this annoying text every single day and they won't stop. The STOP option does not work. This company does not have very good reviews. I am learning my lessons not to order anything off of Facebook. I will never order from them again, just because of the poor customer service in not taking me off this text list.Initial Complaint

I order 1 bottle and 2 roll tons of frankincense on February 3, 2023. I have never received them. I have exchanged emails with the company 4 separate times. The tracking number has no information beyond the placing of the order. I've attempted to call, and no one ever answers. I've requested my money back.Initial Complaint

Vitality extracts, purchased products in Feb 4,2024. I called on March 7,2024 to complaint about Bottle dropper failing twice. spilling on my clothes. Spoke to customer service regarding issue. was told that their policy states you have 14 days. to file a complaint to get a replacement. I told them that I just opened a new bottle, and still have 2 more bottle with droppers. request was denied for a replacement of droppers. and 30ml bottle of oil.Initial Complaint

I placed my first order with Vitality today. It was for a small roll-on for $16. I received confirmation of my order. Then 2 hours later, I received an “updated” order. Another item had been added to my order and charged to my credit card! I did NOT authorize this transaction! My $20 order is now $48!!! And of course, I cannot get ahold of anyone! I emailed and called. I will be reporting this business for theft. This is to make others aware of their dishonest business practices!Initial Complaint

I received an email stating that the company was running a special BOGO for their 30 ML extracts, the attached as clearly shows the 30 ml bottle of Helichrysum, but when I went to order that product, their website says the product is not available to be purchased using the BOGO, to me that is clearly false advertising.Initial Complaint

I placed and order- order# *******, The order arrived and 2 out of the 4 oils were not sealed and one was leaking. I called to explain that I received oils that were not sealed, and scent was coming from and on one of the bottles (with the dropper in it). I have never received a bottle with the dropper in it either. Sounds a lot like product that was shipped to someone else, they didn't like it and it was shipped back to the company and now the company is resending it to me.. I was told that is a "new cap". I raised this as a safety concerned. How do I know that the product wasn't contaminated? He offered to give me a credit and I said will the next product be sealed? He was unsure. How do you not know? I asked for a manager and was told I had to wait 24/48 hours for a call back. Then they call while you are at work, and when you call back no one picks up. The manager left a voicemail telling me that I can't have replacement product that is sealed, nor can I send back for a refund. What kind of customer service is this? How I do I know the product isn't contaminated? I have been ordering oils for years and never one time have I received bottles that were not sealed. Wouldn't this be a liability on the company? What is the product was contaminated? I would like sealed bottles. Is that too much to ask for? Cecelia is the one that left a message, and no one answered (of course) when I called back. I ordered something from vitality extracts once and they keep emailing me at least twice a day . I've text them many times to stop. I ordered A skin care product for which I received My skin is reacting to it so I cancelled My subscription. I have Not received a reply. I placed order ******* on August 5th. It took me through Shop Pay that didn't not ask for an address and did an automatic purchase. It shipped to an old address. I immediately contacted Vitality Extracts with a change of order request less than a minute after the order confirmation popped up.
3 days later, I was sent a response that they couldn't change the address and would help me get my product. Elisha messaged me. I told her this wasn't my fault as it purchased the moment I clicked to go to Shop Pay without confirming an address.
I either want the product shipped immediately to the correct address:

Or I want an immediate full refund of what I paid. I did not receive the product I paid for and spent over $100.
And quite honestly, the company should refund me and send me the product just for the hardship I have had to go through and the unwillingness to help me find a resolution.
