I ordered A skin care product for which I received My skin is reacting to it so I cancelled My subscription. I have Not received a reply. My order charged again last month and I emailed To cancel again, my order again processed. I’ve tried calling and no response, I’ve emailed and tried to cancel online. No one is responding. I placed order ******* on August 5th. It took me through Shop Pay that didn't not ask for an address and did an automatic purchase. It shipped to an old address. I immediately contacted Vitality Extracts with a change of order request less than a minute after the order confirmation popped up.
3 days later, I was sent a response that they couldn't change the address and would help me get my product. Elisha messaged me. I told her this wasn't my fault as it purchased the moment I clicked to go to Shop Pay without confirming an address.
I either want the product shipped immediately to the correct address:

Or I want an immediate full refund of what I paid. I did not receive the product I paid for and spent over $100.
And quite honestly, the company should refund me and send me the product just for the hardship I have had to go through and the unwillingness to help me find a resolution.Initial Complaint

Hello,
On 7/14, I ordered a 10 ml bottle of Lavender Essential Oil. I was charged $12.00, and I was also charged an additional $9.95 for shipping, but advised that for this price I would receive it within 3 days. I did not receive it until 7/22. I have been buying and using lavender essential oils from other business for 40 years, with no problems. However, this product smelled like vinegar; it was a terrible odor, and there was no hint of lavender fragrance. I have repeatedly asked for a refund, but have been told I can only receive credit. I do not want credit for a possibly another badly smelling product.Initial Complaint

-Has the business tried to resolve the problem: No. Customer service emails are only returned to repeatedly request the customer completes the same form that was already completed numerous times. Customer service phone ###-###-#### only provides a recording, customer waits on hold, announcement that I have reached them outside of business hours (I called during their hours numerous times) and the company hangs up the call. This repeated multiple times over the course of 2 months.

I purchased what was supposed to be helichrysum essential oil. I have used this oil for many years from several companies. It is always the same smell and does not cause any reaction on the skin. This FAKE OIL (alcohol with scent) burns! It is NOT helichrysum oil!
Vitality extracts is selling FAKE OILS.
This company has fraudulent and dangerous products.
On their Instagram, they are claiming for their frankincense to cure cancer.

I ordered one bottle of their skin envy essential oil. They tacked on another order and charged me for it without my authorization for both orders realized that they added the second order on. I contacted them immediately by text and email. they said they could not cancel the order. It has been shipped. It was a matter of minutes they did not ship it couldn’t have, I paid through PayPal, so after no satisfaction from the company, I called PayPal. They took the one charge off of my account and told me that there was a reoccurring charge that would continue which I did not know about. PayPal also took care of that reoccurring charge so they cannot charge me anything else. This is sneaky and underhanded business practice.Initial Complaint

I ordered product from Vitality Extracts in April and received the product. I did not sign up for a subscription. I received an email in May that said that my order was on its way. I emailed them to say that I had not ordered anything additional. They sent it anyway.
I received this new item, and asked for a return label to send it back. they emailed the label the next day. I returned the product, and over a month later, they email to say that they are ISSUING ME A CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM FOR FUTURE PURCHASES.
I would never buy anything else from them, and said I needed a credit on my credit card. They emailed saying that they only give store credit.
I called my credit card to dispute charges, they are in that dispute now, and I received a credit from the credit card company already. They will, no doubt, try to retrieve that money back from the credit card company, and I will dispute it again.
I understand if I ordered it, and didn't like it, but I NEVER ordered any more product from them, as I don't care for what they sent the first time.Initial Complaint

I placed an order #******* with them on May 16, ************************************************************************************************************************** any explanation as to why I have not received it. When I check the website it says it was prepared for shipping through *** who then handed it off to **** Innovations but when I check the shipping # they have no status on this order. I have emailed Vitality Extracts twice so far about the order and have not gotten a response and if you try to call you get a recorded message that states there are no agents available to speak with you. I just want my product and in lieu of that I will go through my bank for further measures to obtain a refund.Initial Complaint

Very unimpressed with this company. My roller bottle doesnt work. I asked for help several times. Kept telling me tricks to make it work. I kept saying I'd already been told that. Then of course after 14 days, then they respond the return window is now closed. What a joke.
