      They send me text messages everyday, sometimes twice daily. I have requested multiple times to stop and to cancel my account with NO success. Its terribly annoying and I cannot get it resolved!! Please HELP!!

      Wish I could not give any stars at all. Horrible company. I got sucked in (my fault!) by the good prices for essential oils. I think they cut them with who knows what. They are thin. Have tried repeatedly to contact company for a return label and have had no response. Not open on weekends for customer service phone calls. Am contacting my credit card company as well. Please put them out of business, BBB!

      They ship and bill you for oils you did purchase and then only give store credit. They are running a scam. Do not purchase.

      Zero stars! Horrible, worthless customer service. Never answer any messages. Dont take returns but will give you store credit. I dont want store credit. Their stuff sucks!

      I ordered products over two weeks ago. The order has yet to be fulfilled. Yes, my credit card was charged. I’ve made three attempts to contact the company with no response.

      First of all, it took forever to get the order. Once it came in one of the bottles was leaking all over the others. I contacted vitality and they said send pictures with the order number which I did and I got another email. It says fill out this form which I did then I got a third email says send a pictures and the and the order number and again I did and then the fourth time finally I said is it I hope this is the last time Im gonna have to do this. I havent heard back from them since. Also, I dont think its 100% essential oils.

      One of the bottles of oil arrived broken. It smelled terrible and had leaked all over everything else. I took pictures of the broken item and asked for a refund. They would only send a replacement. I would never use something that awful, so I again asked for a refund. The company refused. I am not without a useable product and the money I paid for it.

      Vitality Extracts aka duskweling.com in CA, UT, and *******. Scam!!! Unauthorized charge through paypal! Paypal would not give the refund.

      So I contacted PayPal because thats how I paid for my order with Vitality Extracts. Vitality Extracts answered the PayPal dispute. Today I received the item that was missing from my order. However, in one response from Vitality Extracts to me via PayPal, they said I did speak to someone there - and thats an UNTRUTH and I told them so! But, Im glad to receive the missing item from my order. It seems I had to work hard to get it though.

      I placed an order with Vitality Extracts. When my order arrived an item was missing. I used their website contact form to let them know immediately - no response. I sent an email - no response. I responded to a text they sent advertising something, telling them I didnt receive an item I had bought - no response. I called their phone number - no answer. I went to the website and initiated a chat - waited about 30 minutes - no reply. I will never order Vitality Extracts again! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! This is not the first time I had an issue with them. About a year ago, I ordered a roll-on which didnt have any scent. I asked for an exchange or replacement or refund. I was told no because theres nothing wrong with it. As I said, their customer service support is the worst ever!
