      They advertise that one of their oils is like Botox in a bottle! Not true! Botox actually shows results. Ive seen no results! Also, Ive never seen a negative review on their website! They cant ALL be great reviews! I couldnt even find where to leave a review on their website!

      Ordered 2 roll-on oils (the rollers did not work) and 2 oils (those did not help the pain), and then to return was a huge hassle, horrible customer service, and when you return it is only for store credit! BIG mistake ordering from this place!

      Do not set up a subscription! They wont respond! I have asked to cancel in an email and ask for a response that my subscription was canceled. No response! Product did nothing for me. I have 3 unopened bottles and Im afraid theyll keep sending.

      I love these oils, especially the Hair Envy after losing 80% of my hair due to Covid. My scalp no longer hurts or itches, and my hair is growing back thicker than ever. HOWEVER - upon receiving an EMPTY sealed bottle, they gave me store credit for the bottle, but in order to replace it, I had to pay shipping & tax. $12.88 - to REPLACE their mistake!!!! (Unless I wanted to buy $75 of product for free shipping!)

      I ordered 3 bottles of oil. One came with seal over the cap, one with no seal and one with the dropper already installed. I chatted about the bottles that I could not verify had not been opened already. I was told they changed manufacturing processes and they were no longer required to put a seal over the bottle. My recourse was to return what I didn't want. So, unfortunately, I won't ever know if the oils work. On the bottle with the dropper, I went ahead and opened the bottle and there was no click like there should be from a bottle that has not been previously opened. At least they send you a pre-paid return label. That's why they get one star.

      I bought a diffuser bracelet from Vitality Extracts the first part of December 2023 and wore the bracelet for the first time last week...( Jan 2024) it broke within the first hour of wearing it. I believe the cord or material used was old and brittle. Customer Service said I was out of date from the policy refund..I just wanted a replacement, I only wore once! They have ignored my 2 other emails for replacement and will not answer the phone. I will not order from Vitality Extracts any longer .

      I like the products but the oils in rollers is very difficult to get out. The silver ***** just dont roll! Open to suggestions!

      My shipment of a small bottle of oil arrived and when I went to wrap it for a present, I discovered it was completely shattered inside. They refused to just replace it because I was a few days outside of their "return policy" for items that I was dissatisfied with. It was the busy holiday season and product was received on Dec 5th and I replied to my original email tracking on Dec 23rd, so yes outside of the 14 days. I had to then resend all my photos and request for a replacement to their customer service ***** I did this on Dec 27th. The most they could do for me was to issue a credit for the price I paid (ironically it was on sale when I purchased it). When I went to use my credit for the item that was to be a Christmas present, it was now twice as much and I had to pay shipping. The cost to them is exactly the same to replace a broken item, they refused after numerous back and forths quoting their return policy for dissatisfied items to be requested for a return within 14 days. It was BROKEN. I was asking for a return on an item I did not like. I requested a refund instead, and they refused that. After being a loyal customer for 4 years, they lost a customer over $25 and don't stand behind their shipping. I will never purchase from them again. Their policy is below and nowhere does it state, the broken item had a time limit on replacement and I did notify them as soon as I discovered it was broken. You may return items within 14 days from delivery for store credit only if you are not satisfied with your purchase. All merchandise purchased through a promotion* (for example, discounts, rewards points) will be store credited at the value purchased.If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately by submitting an online contact form. Provide us with a picture/video of the problem to help us expedite your replacement process.*Excluded promotions: Flash ************ Item Promotions sales are final and non-refundable.

      Ordered several bottles as Christmas gifts and one of them was damaged as well as a bracelet diffuser. They refused to replace because they claim I damaged it after I received it. I couldn't neglect it. The plastic bag it came in had oil all over the bottle and it. The dropper part was broken. I have never...
