      Absolutely the worst warranty company I've ever dealt with! After my car sitting at the dealership for a month they sent an engine (I needed a transmission) had to wait for a transmission to be sent. It was a used transmission which broke down within 6 months. My car currenty has been sitting at the dealership 2.5 months now. They finally sent another used transmission which is full of metal shavings. I called Alpha and they inform me my issue isn't with them anymore, it's with the company they got the transmission from. ******** O'***** from Alpha informs me that they "no longer do business" with that particular company because of all the issues they had with them. So here I sit without a vehicle... no one taking responsibility or fixing the issue.

      I purchased their warranty through a car dealer, and then cancelled. However, either the car dealer or Alpha Warranty Services have not refunded me. Alpha Warranty told me that it was the issue between the car dealer and me, and also said that Alpha Warranty didn't receive any money and they are just an administrator company, which is NOT true. In addition, their customer service cut off the conversation in the middle of it and closed the conversation forcibly. I don't recommend this company at all.

      Thank you for the opportunity to address this concern.
      We understand the frustration that can arise during the cancellation and refund process, and were sorry to hear this experience has been disappointing for the customer.
      According to our records, the customers service contract was officially canceled on April 9, 2024. At that time, Alpha Warranty Services processed and sent a refund of $126.00 to the selling dealership, as required by our procedures. The dealership is responsible for issuing the final refund to the customer directly.
      As the administrator of the service contract, Alpha Warranty does not retain customer funds. Refunds are always sent back to the dealership that sold the contract, which then completes the transaction with the customer. This process is standard across the industry and clearly outlined in the contract terms.
      Regarding the customer service experience, we sincerely apologize if the interaction felt abrupt or unsatisfactory. That is not the standard of service we strive to provide, and we will review this incident internally to ensure it is addressed.
      We encourage the customer to follow up directly with the selling dealership regarding the final refund. If further assistance is needed or if the dealership is unresponsive, we are happy to help facilitate communication.

      I purchased the warranty for my vehicle, 2 years into the 5 year warranty my transmission went out, alpha looked for any reason possible to not cover the warranty. They claimed my transmission was never serviced without physically looking at my vehicle or the work done on it. Ive always maintained my vehicles well. The place I took my vehicle to, to get my transmission fixed told me they look for any reason to not pay, its a scam warranty company and I suggest getting your money back from them. I will never spend $2k on a warranty that will not cover anything that goes wrong on a vehicle.

      Alpha worked promptly with my dealership to approve the repair. Unfortunately, the required part was on nationwide back order. Once it received and installed the warranty process was completed efficiently.
