      ALPHA WARRANTY SERVICES ARE THEIVES. THEY'RE PARASITES. CROOKS TO THE FIFTH DEGREE. THEY HAVE NO HONOR. NO INTEGRITY . THEIR GOING TO PAY FOR THEIR DISHONESTY SEVERELY. THEY HAVE ROBBED EVERYONE WHO'VE TRUSTED THEM. THEY HAVE TO BE STOPPED AND BROUGHT TO JUSTICE. THE OWNERS OF ALHPA WILL BE DEALT WITH AND ANYONE WORKING FOR THEM SERIOUSLY. THE *** OF JUSTICE WILL BE AMAGEDEON.

      If I could give a zero, I would. Needless to say, I purchased a warranty with Alpha warranty, and later found out that the warranty primarily covers automatic transmission. However, my car transmission functions as a manual transmission according to the dealer. If this is the case then why would the salesman sale me a warranty that does not cover my type of car. To make matters worse, I recently learned that the **** lost a class action loss because the 2011-2016 **** Focus and fiesta transmissions are faulty. Not only did a purchase a bad car with transmission issues from the beginning, but I was sold a $2000+ warranty for a car that doesnt fall under Alpha warranty guidelines. Alpha warranty and the Wish dealership are scams. I would advise everyone to stay away from Alpha, and the dealership because it will truly be a waste of your time as well as money!

      Unprofessional and manipulative! They will have you feeling confident that you have the coverage you need and use terms in a general way to mislead you into believing that you have coverage that you don't. Every time I have made contact with them they are rude, condescending, and snide, as if the general public is supposed to be fully briefed on their job description and their knowledge base. They will talk to you like you are dumb and good luck getting anything covered. All the little tiny cheap parts that make a little list look big, those are covered, The big things that actually make a difference in your life, not a chance.

      I don't even want to give it a 1 star. This company is a nightmare and a joke. Took my car in for lots of smoke coming out the exhaust. Took to dealership to get it looked at. Funny Ford says its needs a new motor. And this place told them to tear the motor down and they will have to see it for themselves. Once the dealership took 10 plus hours to do so. They don't want to replace anything on my car. Go ahead and try to throw well in your contract it says this. Will guess what look what my contract says. Paying for the Alpha A plus and this is covered. We will be having a visit with this company in court, and I will make sure I will share my story everywhere.
