      Thank you so much for approving my claim again. This is the 4th time in a year. I just got the vehicle less than two years ago and I would've been devastated if I didn't purchase the warranty. I hope we've worked all the kinks out of it. Thank you so much.

      I have had this warranty since October of 2023. I had a couple issues they addressed them right away. But in June of 2024, we filed a claim for engine noises. It was determined after several weeks ( 6 weeks) that the engine needed to be replaced. The repair shop quoted a price for a new engine but the Alpha (Alpine) warranty group decided to put a used engine in it. They didnt even consider a Re manufactured engine ! The claim was filed on 6/18/2024. It was closed on 8/4/2024 (7 weeks). We have filed 2 claims since then on this used engine and they repaired them in a reasonable time, and its all going against my original warranty!! But I am now still having issues with this engine and gonna have to file another claim soon!

      Everything you responded with is true. But you didnt address the fact that I was without my truck for 7 Weeks (unacceptable) while you made the repair shop jump through hoops!!

      HAD THE CAR FOR A MONTH AND HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE COMPUTER IN RADIO. THEY CALLED ME AND TALKED TO DEALER AND EVERYTHING WENT GREAT. WOULD BUY AGAIN FOR ANOTHER CAR. THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE !!!!

      Hi, the small car lot where I bought my car purchased the warranty from Alpha Warranty Services. Did the car lot purchase the warranty because they knew that the vehicle may have potential issues that will need to be repaired. Have not taken the car to mechanic for repairs as of yet. Once I need to use the warranty and I encounter problems, then I will have more to say. Hopefully when time comes, I won't have any problems with using the warranty.

      Going on 3 months of run around for a claim; no rental, no communicating, big red flag when every part of their spiel when calling is that they're not trying to find ways to deny your claim (trust me, they are) both myself and my mechanic are about fed up with dealing with them on this issue. Bought for peace of mind and I've experienced the farthest from that so far. In the process now if getting my money back on this scam and eating the bill for these repairs myself
