1 starUNPROFESSIONAL, CUSTOMER SERVICE REP NAME *****, VERY RUDE, I called about the status of my refund, she gave a very dismissive response, which was now the 3rd different response that i have been given as to the process. When I advised her of this and asked for an employee # or her last name she said she didnt have one & didnt feel comfortable giving her last name. When I asked for a supervisor she flat out said no. ****** calling back several times and kept getting her. Go figure. I will never use this company or recommend anyone use them. 5 starsHello!8 1/2 months after I bought a 2016 Silverado I developed transmission issues. I followed the claim instructions in my paperwork and got my transmission rebuilt and covered without any issues. The negative reviews I have read must be due to not following the instructions in the contract. I am very satisfied with Alpha warranty.Regards,*****Review fromSamuel A.

1 star*** waited three months for an adjuster from a third-party that hasnt shown up and the dealership keeps on thinking that one is going to show up and at this point in time there hasnt been a third-party adjuster and both the dealership an alpha warranties keeps saying that itll take up to 72 hours but its been 72 hours for over three weeks. My trucks been sitting in their lot for three months Ive been into loaners. This is a disgrace to Alpha warranty services. My truck is a ***************************** in ******. At this point I am morning back to my $4500 and Ill just pay the rest of the cost off in order to get my truck quicker because at least that part of the insurance would be able to pay for part of the repair. You guys are a disgrace to the automotive warranty services industry, and should be fine for all of your mishaps and is***s. 1 stardisgusting, so it says road side assistance, called on a saturday, broke down on side of road, they tell me they cant help til i give my credit card number and pay the 100 duductable, after i pay the sumbags, they then say, "we wil text you when we find soomeone to tow you, could be a few hours or maybe not til the next day" what the h*** is the road help for then, theyare crooks, i am now having my social media person in my office start trashing them online, i was set to buy another truck from same car dealer today and i cancelled the deal, told them if they do business with a scumbag company like ALPHA then i wont do business with them, been on hold with APLHA for 40 minuites trying to talk to the corporate office, bunch of loosers just ignore me, they breached the contract by not providing the service i paid ***** for, time to shame them on line, also have contacted the *** attorney generals office, they stated that they have several complaints about ALPHA, see you in court you bunch of cockroachesReview fromJeff C.

1 starAlpha warranty is a waste of money. In the fine print, they really don't cover anything. I paid $3,800 and had an internal engine failure. They made the dealership tear it down to the failure at my cost ($1.375) then denied it because of a piston failure which isn't covered in the fine print. Anything that can fail in the engine or transmission or electrical that's costly isn't covered.Review fromKevin T

1 starAlpha warranty is a terrible company and terrible customer service. In my plan contract says covers internally lubricated parts but on a diesel thats multiple things such as an EGR and an oil cooler. They are stating they deal with exhaustso they allow people who cant read and know nothing about vehicles decide what is and isnt covered on your vehicle. Im disgraced that ******************************************** in ******** even sold it to me. Ill be leaving a review for them also.Review fromMatthew S.

We purchased an extended warranty with our vehicle that had a $100 deductible. The very first time we attempted to use it for a repair Alpha took three weeks to do anything and after three weeks our $100 deductible turned into $1500+ out of pocket. This is a scam company!

1 starThe integrity of Alpha Warranty and the staff is at a all time low for me. I was encouraged to buy the warranty by my used car salesman. Real Auto in Somerville. I had my car for 3 years it's been in 3 shops after a breakdown of the entire engine I didn't approve of my car is my bread and butter. This company has frustrated 3 places will not approve the services and my car is not able to move. They ask for a breakdown to leave your car abandoned and not approve the services. NEVER allow the break down. My car is a ******** I don't know if they do this with most foreign vehicles but it seems so. I would suggest to any looking do not purchase from this company or buy from this dealership they also after they said they take warranties in house refused to fix my vehicle suggested a mechanic who went out of business and had no compassion after the sale to resolve any problem. My engine had problems only 3-5 months after purchase. No integrity both ways all around bad experience. I would suggest to purchase a extended warranty through a company doing your own research and asking slot of questions before shopping not just adding to your car payment and their pockets to deal with the headaches they provide.Review fromMarc V

1 starZero stars F***** thieves just like everyone else in here says. Adjuster demands an engine breakdown for any of the serious costly repairs AT COST OF THE ***** otherwise they will not cover the fix at all. Takes my money and won't even let you speak to the adjusters making these decisions
