      False Advertising. I ordered Cricut Maker3 + Everything bundle + Cricut Access Subscription.       Cricut customer service is horrible. Long story short, my daughters power button on her machine was stuck so they are sending a replacement. We are able to turn on themachine by prying it open and we told **************** that we needed to make shirts before a show that is happening on Friday. I called them and asked if they could reactivate the old machine since the new machine will not get here before Friday they said no. We spend hundreds of dollars on the machine and accessories, and the least they could do is offer a courtesy activation on the old machine orexpedite the new one and none of that was allowed.

      This company has horrible customer service. In addition, they are deceptive and dishonest. You usually get somebody overseas, but even with an American the support is bad at best. If you purchased the older style of cartridges, many of those images are lost when they moved to digital and they will not give you a credit for them or give you access to those images. Instead, they force you to pay for each of them individually if you want them again. Also, they cheated me out of $110. They shipped a package to an old PO Box after telling me there is no way it would ship and the post office returned it to them. They have the product back as well as my $110. They kept saying it was refunded to my credit card, but the bank has confirmed multiple times that Cricut was indeed paid for the product. Cricut refused to give me the money back or resend the product. I spent months trying to get this resolved and they absolutely refused to make it right. I have been loyal to Cricut ever since they released the first machine. They have lost me as a customer. Do yourself a favor. Purchase a Silhouette Cameo.

      I would NOT buy from Cricut themselves if you're going to purchase one! If you purchase from them and get a subscription, they start the subscription the day you ordered, not the day you receive your machine. They also will allow you to return the machine AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE, which could be another hundred dollars after you've already paid hundreds for it.

      Cricut is terrible! They do not tell you until after you buy the machine that you cannot return it. Even if it is defective, they make you use the warranty for another machine.

      I wish I could give them a negative 1. I have had trouble with TWO machines already. The first one was the cricut maker. The rolls which were a known issue stopped working, so they offered to give me a USED cricut. This time 3 years later and the silver connecter that connects to the cord/machine broke off. I talked to customer service and we thought it was the cord, but I saw it wouldn't connect to the machine! All they offered was $50 off of a new machine. Those things are $350 and up! You would think these machines would last a whole h*** of a lot longer!!!!

      I made an order back in October 18th for the everything bundle cricut maker 3. It was supposed to be delivered on October 22nd, when. It wasn't and called to get more information about why it wasn't. The agent told me to wait for an email the same day as they're going to troubleshoot why. They left no email. So I called on Oct 23rd, agent told me the order was actually cancelled by Cricut (I didn't get any notifications about this). Agent then proceeded to tell me I should receive a refund in 10 business days. Fastforward November 8th, the refund was never made. So I called customer service again, to have another agent telling me that the refund wasn't issued by previous agent, but they are going to do it now. I'm happy my order didn't go through, because I got a glimpse of what trying to get support for Cricut could be, it's horrendous. Hopefully this time I can get a proper refund, where I have to wait 10 more business days.

      So I purchased a cricket machine for the second Time since using this machine, the machine was secondhand however, the last time I had a problem with this machine, they said it was out of warranty and they replaced the machine. Its just stopped working now this time I had a problem with this new machine that I had, which is the cricket maker three, And they sat on the phone and troubleshoot it with me at least an hour or so, and decided that they were going to work on replacing the machine, and I was in warranty, regardless of where I got it or how I got it or whatever. So they had me do a whole video recording everything and submitting all this pictures for replacing machine and less than 48 hours later telling me they could not do it again what a crock of BS these machines run at least three to $400 apiece at best and you need to tell me a one-year warranty and then they go Kaputt Something does not sit right with this scenario.

      I have been a loyal Cricut customer for over 3.5 years. I recently decided to upgrade to a refurbished Maker and bought a few accessories and materials. I reached out initially when I used the machine for help since it wasnt working correctly, it doesnt recognize where to start the cut in the left corner. The completely make it hard to contact customer service to troubleshoot when you have time. Im caring for my mother hows receiving treatment for breast cancer. I finally called yesterday and was told it had to be within 15 days or order. Half the time you dont even get your items till after 15 days. I verified its 15 days from receipt which it was for the 2 tools and material. Delivered Oct. 2 and I called on Oct. 17. Thats 15 in my book. I even bought the extended warranty and Im told to call back they cant make an exception. This is terrible service. Im still under warranty and they cant stand behind their own terrible refurbishment.
