My machine was 6 months out of the 1 year warranty. I only used it a handful of times. I went to utilize it and my Maker 3 would not turn on. I contacted Cricut who was quick to inform me my machine was out of the warranty window, but did agree to send me a new power cord after some pushing. Still, my machine would not turn on. I reached back out and told them my machine would still not power on. I asked them if they offered a repair service, or if they could send me a part of any sort that could be known to cause the issue. They refused any and all options of repair stating it was not something they offered. Instead, they offered me a measly 10% discount to purchase a brand new >$400 machine which would in no doubt suffer the same fate as my current machine. No thank you. Very poor way to treat your customers and poor decision to not offer any type of repair options.

Honestly not a trustworthy company that happily takes hard-earned money from small business owners and crafters. They legitimately have a product (maker 3) out there that they KNOW has a clear manufacturer malfunction (The *** strip that warps in the machine and causes the mat to jam and not go through). This happens NOT from user error by the way... it's a useless metal strip they put in the machine that serves zero purpose (the *** on the phone told me that too). The customer *** told me it happens to almost every Maker 3 out there and they only ***lace them if "it happens within your one year warranty".... I was SHOCKED. I've only used this machine a handful of times and didn't use it the first few months I bought it because of a move cross country. Despite me not doing ANYTHING except vinyl cuts a handful of times, they told me, "sorry... there's nothing I can do. You've been out of warranty for 8 months." What kind of company allows customers to buy a $400 product that they KNOW will malfunction due to a useless piece of metal that they added into their product? I can't wait for another company to come out and be their competitor. This company deserves to go bankrupt for their deplorable customer service and loyalty behind their products.

I was really excited to get the cricut explore 3 to make stickers, because their ads and tutorial and social media influencers imply that you basically just hit a few buttons and your images will cut - simple and easy setup/use)But this has been so annoying to set up. I have been working on it for 3 hours (reading Cricuts FAQs and help articles garbage, read a ton of forums and reviews, and watched so many ******* videos, but I cannot get it to work for me. There keeps being SOMETHING to keep it from printing. Also - it is very much implied from their videos and their influencers that you will not NEED to have a mat to print (obv. is better to have, but that it wasn't a necessity to get anything to work). This is clearly not the case without a ton of work around, which I clearly cannot figure out. The issues seem to be really common given the amount of content that is available online from other people trying to get theirs to work. I have to stop trying for now, because I am very close to returning this and I haven't even gotten to use it yet. For context - I'm not a tech novice. I have a Masters degree and have a job literally doing research. I know how to look up and troubleshoot issues. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Very poor Customer satisfaction. I purchased a brand new Cricut ********** which is a very expensive machine for they average user. I may have used it a dozen times. I owned 1 year and 2 days (during which I moved so I did not have the opportunity to call prior to the 1 year time period). I called and explained my problem and the service person stayed on the line for almost 2 hours walking me thru everything with no luck. He said he would ask management about replacing the machine and get back to me. When he called back he said they refused because it was out of warranty and they would give me $100 off a new $1000 machine. Why would anyone deal with a company that builds machines to only last one year and does not back their own equipment. I have requested a call back on numerous occasions and never heard from anyone. It sounds like this is a regular occurrence for them. I can buy a heat press for a lot less with much better reviews.

Poor products, My wifes Explore Air 2 got the red light of death, I mean literally just after the year warranty was up. A $200 paperweight that was 6 times over a yearCheck their website site and you will see a plethora of refurbished Explore Air 2s. Customer support is non existent. I feel like they took me for my money and I will never buy another product from them.

I have a ticket ID ******* from a conversation I had with a customer service representative about my ********************** Maker **********************. I was experiencing issues with the rubber wheels, which were deteriorating. The customer service person offered me a discounted price for another Maker, as they claimed they had never heard of this issue before. They gave me a $50 coupon to consider purchasing another Cricut.I am concerned because the customer service person blamed me for the rubber wheels deteriorating, asking if I had stored the machine in a garage or exposed it to heat. However, it is a well-known issue that Circuit machines have problems with the rubber wheels, which is widely documented online. This issue has prompted complaints from many other Circut users. I believe this issue could potentially lead to a class-action lawsuit because it is unfair to consumers. I do not understand why this company does not recall all the machines that have rubber wheels.

This company is an absolute joke. I have contacted customer service countless times. Part of my order was never delivered and showed it was cancelled and sent back to Cricut. I asked why and was told it was delivered and there was no issue. I couldnt use the items I did receive without the missing items. I was then told they could issue an RMA and I had to return the items I did receive at my own cost. Ridiculous you have to pay for their mistakes. Then they only provided a partial refund. I have contacted customer service about the refund issue and it is absolutely pointless trying to resolve issues with them. Then they want to say they will do anything to provide excellent service. Please do not purchase anything directly from Cricut.UPDATE: Cricut is still refusing to refund my order even though material was delivered to them (tracking provided to Cricut for proof) **************** is giving me the run around and I am still out over $200

I have my Credit for 9 months and already had to replace the housing for the score tool. Now, I am working on something for a friends baby shower in three days, and its not cutting right and tearing the paper. I have not changed any settings and it was working perfectly fine. I got a new blade that didn't help so called Cricut. The first person recommended getting a new housing unit which I did with my own money. That didn't help. Called Cricut and this person had me do all kinds of troubleshooting via a zoom video. She agreed that it had to be replaced. I am almost in tears because she said it would take 7-10 days to get a replacement. I said I do not get a new one? She said no it will be refurbished. I said, I want to speak to a supervisor. She assured me that a supervisor would call me back within the mandatory two hours, they did not call back within the mandatory time. When I did finally speak to a supervisor, she said their policy is they give refurbished ones and that they go over them and they are like new. That's not very reassuring because these machines have a history of breaking and the warranty would go back to my original purchase machine, not when I received the refurbished one. That leaves me with three months left of warranty on a refurbished one. I want to stop right here and mention, I am sick of hearing THATS OUR POLICY! Because guess what? Your policy is totally unfair!! Also, I asked for a machine to be sent priority mail so I could get this project done. The answer to that was we can't do that. Why not?? Moving on, after I was given a case number to get a replacement, *******, one of the supervisors emailed me and said, that after speaking with other people at Cricut , they all agreed that in order for me to get a replacement, they were going to send me Cricut cardstock which would take another 7-10 days to receive because they want to see if it does it with Cricket cardstock!!! Been using other cardstock &never had this problem. Unethical!!

Terrible business practices. Extremely dishonest. Purchased the Cricut Air a few years ago and used it quite a bit so I had the subscription. Moved a couple years ago and received an email from them saying I would have to change my form of payment or my subscription would be canceled. I wasn't using it anymore so I just decided to let them cancel it and not update anything. We'll come to find our without any contact to me or receipt that it was done they continued to charge my card for the subscription. They are saying "no refunds on subscriptions". They are extremely dishonest.
