1 starI bought a cricut 2/27/2024 and it is already broken, I reached out to support they created a ticket I uploaded my receipt and video they replied to it saying it's not working at all, then later that day they closed my ticket saying that I never responded. I am furious at what you have to do to get a replacement it seems that you have to go through so many loop holes and your given the run around. my ticket number was *******.Cricut

1 starSomeone had accessed my Cricut account and changed information by calling support. I had no clue how they were able to change the information. I had contacted their support through messenger and called them where they notified me that they could not do any changes or do nothing with canceling my account that was breached. Which is ironic because they allowed someone to call and change the information! How can you tell someone you cant change information but allowed someone else to do it? And the account still had my name, address and phone number! Which shows me that their security on these account are not safe and anyone can get into your account if they just call with your email! Do not trust these people! Only advice I got at the end of the conversation was to cancel my card and change my passwords to my other accounts so not helpful!Cricut

1 starAwful machine. Spent 45mins on hold after my machine would not work my 3rd time using it, only for them to let me know they cant do anything. I had it put away for 2 yrs after using it 3 times. Since the warranty was up, they couldnt do anything about my blade issues. Kept getting a user error code. Waste of $300. They did give me $25 code to buy a new one. Ill take my business elsewhere, and buy a machine that works.Cricut

1 starI do not recommend spending your money on this machine! Ive had my Cricut for 2 years and at first it was great I was able to cut vinyl with no worries, but the print and cut is garbage! With every update it glitches something. No matter how many time you calibrate your machine it doesn't cut stickers correctly, Their vinyl is bad quality, their design space is beyond frustrating, which is a shame because you pay $100 for it! It is slow, glitches CONSTANTLY and to be honest folks I am sick and tired of wasting money on materials because the Cricut cant do its job properly! Its so beyond frustrating because I love crafting and now I just feel defeated and don't really want to do it anymore :'(Cricut

1 starDO NO WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! I have bought three of the Cricut Maker 3's and none of them would engrave to where you could read it, connect to my laptop wirelessly or find my printer for the print then cut feature. I even bought a new laptop and printer and still the Cricut would not work. I talked to tech support multiple times and their "techs" could not and did not help. They appeared as if they had no idea about the machine.Cricut even double charged me the yearly fee for Design Space. I called them multiple times about this. I received an email stating that I should be refunded with 14 days. 14 days later ... NO REFUND!!!! I called and called and was just told to wait. I even talked to a manager and was told he would call me back and I never got that call. Talk about more than upset and disappointed. From my point of view and experience, Cricut doesn't care about their machines or customers.Cricut

We highly recommend reaching out your bank as it does take **** business days to complete depending on your bank. We also apologize for the engraving not working properly. The Cricut Maker or Maker 3 can engrave 2 mm or thinner acrylic, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, pewter, leather, and acetate. 1 starDo not use this company. They do not honor their sale prices. Filled my cart with items and it wouldn't accept credit card, even though all data was correct. Went to put in a new one and all of the prices went to LIST price almost 2 hours before the end of the sale. Called 1st business day and after multiple times waiting for ***** minutes before an answer their NON-U.S. based customer service wouldn't help. Even managers won't help. Total Bait and Switch! FTC should know about this. The prices literally changed in my CART!Cricut

1 starNot very happy with our Cricut experience. Ordered the Cricut Maker in blue for my daughter for Christmas. She really wanted this and was very excited to receive it. But, when she went to set it up, it was defective...no Bluetooth. She called customer support who ended up telling her there was nothing they could do to get that machine operational so they had her cut the belt and would send a replacement ASAP, they would try to accommodate colour but might not be able to. Finally received the replacement machine today and it is not blue. If Cricut could not accommodate my exact original order, they should have upgraded us to the Maker 3 in blue for all of the hassle and inconvenience. I suggested this by email...twice....but they have been ignored. We have not tried setting up the new machine yet...I am not optimistic.Cricut

1 starSolid red light! There has been countless of customers with this problem. I bought this machine so I can do Christmas gifts and save money. I have only used it for two Christmases literally two days and this Christmas this red light a d no power. I called customer service and because it's passed warranty they cannot fix the issue. I even offered to pay to get this fixed. They couldn't help me at all. I'm very disappointed because I was relying on this machine for gifts and it was to late when I figured it wasn't working. I don't have that kind of money to be buying another machine. Nor will I ever buy or refer this machine to anyone. I can understand if I dropped or broken the machine myself but for it to just now work after 3 times is ridiculous. Very disappointedCricut

Contacted Amazon, no help, contacted Cricut as Amazon suggested, 2 hour hold only to be disconnected half way into the call. Tried to Chat only to be told to contact Amazon after waiting the Chat for over an hour. Horrible *****************Cricut

1 starCricut has got to be one of the worst companies I've encountered in terms of their ****************** actually doing what it's supposed to.Let's start with the software. User functionality is terrible. Limited options, weird ways of doing things that should be simple, completely non-intuitive. Constant freezing, lagging, buttons will just stop working. It is so so frequent that I have to close the program, uninstall it, just for basic buttons to be clickable. Sometimes I'll just come back later and it will magically work again. The CONSTANT pushing of paid products that's increasing with each update is insufferable. Now, if you are able to even get past this terrible software to actually cutting something, get ready to pull your hair out. You are about to waste a ridiculous amount of ink, materials, and time. Calibration is awful *the sheet on the app is not scaled to the correct size, you have to go get the one off their website for it to calibrate properly* Yes I'm literally saying the calibration sheet included in the calibration section of the application is the WRONG sheet. Even if you get it calibrated, don't expect it to last long. Print and cut prints your image in lower quality just for no reason. Can't cut glossy paper. Blade and cricut mat are expensive and not long lasting. If your blade is even a little dull, it will drag and pull on your material. It shouldn't be so difficult to get a clean and accurate cut on a machine that's entire purpose is to cut things. Essentially no customer service to be had. Generic responses of "have you tried turning it off and on again?"Cricuts marketing team works overtime, and their software team appears to not work at all. If you are just a hobbyist with money to throw away maybe you'll have the patience, but if you are needing this for a small business that ya know.. requires you to work instead of spending hours trying to problem solve, DO NOT purchase this machine.Cricut
