      I've had my Cricut ********** for only 2 years (bought in Oct 2022). It was brand new when I bought it and I used it occasionally over this span of time (maybe 20x total). It just started acting up a few days ago. When I plugged it in, I was getting an E5 error as it heated up which caused the machine to shut down. I looked up troubleshooting for this and followed it by unplugging it for 20 seconds and plugging it back in. This happened a couple of times before it started working properly again. Then, just last night I was working on a shirt for a friend and I got the same error. I followed the same steps as before and I seemed to get it to heat up properly. Until I was pressing on the shirt and noticed that the temperature of the machine was still rising from 350 up to 380 - which was when I shut it down as it had already burned the shirt and the vinyl I was using. I tried contacting Cricut Customer Support via email and received an automated response that directed me to unknown articles that weren't linked or mentioned anywhere in the email, or their "chat" feature on their website which is just a bot that continuously told me there was a problem and to start over. My only other option is to call their customer support phone number. Unfortunately, I'm able to do that as I don't have 2 hours to sit on hold or to explain/troubleshoot the issue. Email would have been the best option for me, but it looks like Cricut is against that form of customer support for some reason? I would have given a better rating, but between my machine only lasting 2 years and the complete lack of customer support, that has warranted 1 star and me getting rid of all of my Cricut items - vinyl, cutting machine, Design Space and heat press. My business will no longer be using them at all, and I've told all of my crafting friends to stay away from this company (a lot of them have already told me they know and no longer use Cricut products either).

      I bought my first Cricut last year and I have problems with the print than cut. I tried lots of times to explain to Cricut customer support after 100 times they decided to send another Cricut. For my surprise its a refurbished machine. This refurbished machine is with some scratches on top of it and if you press the button to open the doors only the top one open. I paid 260$ in one new machine to receive one that they did work to be good. So its terrible since the costumer service told me that a new one was sending to me. If I knew before that Cricut was treating customers like that I would never have bought this brand!

      I wouldnt recommend anyone waste your time or money with Cricut. Theyre refusing to take responsibility for the calibration errors that 1000s of people have ask them to address. They cant address it, because they would have to recall the systems which would be a lot of money lost. Dont waste your time or money. Theyre just another corporate giant bleeding us all. If I could zero stars I would

      well if your maker 3 last 14 month and probably only 30 designs made and then will not work and customer service offers you a 10% discount on a new one I guess you know how I feel. I will not ever recommend to anyone to buy this junk.

      The machines are not built to last. I have a 2-year old machine that failed due to an internal power issue that Cricut says can't be fixed. I did not receive any support or compensation from Cricut for my machine dying because it's outside the 1-year warranty period. I would never buy another machine from them. Their customer support is also very slow and they aren't knowledgable.

      The actual cricut is fine, but the Design Space is the most useless, slow, lagging, horrible thing you could ever give. It takes me at least 10 times longer to do ANYTHING and that's not counting the times I give up because I can't wait 45 minutes for the loading circle to stop spinning. I have for the last 20 minutes waited for it to load my project. And when it did... BLANK, because design space is so incompetent that more than one large project and it has no capability to function. Oh, and let's not forget the fun times when it will - I suppose - time itself out... it'll be trying to load SO LONG that it literally gives up and kicks me back to design space.I 1000% hate my machine and I can't return it... so I basically have a $300 doorstop. Their "support" is a joke. The robot tells you the same thing, every single time... uninstall and reinstall. I've done that so many times, that I'm ready to uninstall and move on to a different cutting machine. COMPLETELY HORRIBLE design space, customer service.

      The worst. Spend hours on the phone with customer service and they dont fix the issue. They ask to share your screen and then the next day I get millions of scam calls until I'm forced to change my cell phone number. Don't not share your screen with customer service! They won't help to fix the issue at all! Just a bunch of run around and waisted time!

      I recently purchased the Cricut explore 3 machine, and I must say I am extremely disappointed. For a product with such a high price tag, I expected it to come with at least a basic instruction manual or some starter materials. Unfortunately, nothing comes with it, and everything you need to get started is sold separately at exorbitant prices.Not having any guidance on how to use the machine has made it frustrating to set up and use effectively. I find it quite disappointing that a product marketed towards creatives and crafters doesn't come with the necessary tools to begin crafting right out of the box.Moreover, the additional materials and accessories required to unleash the full potential of the machine are overpriced, making it feel like a money trap. It's disheartening to spend so much money on a product only to realize that you need to invest even more just to make it usable.

      Can't even believe I had to click on one star. I purchased a Cricut machine and did not know I was signing up for some sort of monthly fee just to use the machine I purchased. Then Apple charges me ten bucks for something I DID NOT sign up for, ten bucks for something I DID NOT know I could possibly be signing up for, ten bucks for something that CAN NOT be refunded because Cricut does not refund anything EVER (it's in their terms and conditions) but they are off the hook because it was Apple that charged me so I have to go and track down Apple to make it right. It's just plain WRONG that people can be charged unknowingly for some sort of subscription that they have to go and cancel after they have already been charged for something they did not know they were signing up for.

      Horrible customer service! I purchased a ********************** for my wife for Christmas. It arrived broken. We tried calling several times, with multiple-hour wait times. We chatted and had to send several videos of the machine not working. They finally agreed to send a replacement, which never arrived. They sent a return label for me to send the broken unit back after the new one came, but it never did. When I contacted them again, they said the ticket was closed and I had to open a new ticket. This company is horrible!!!
